You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Front desk staff didn’t explain shuttle process. I asked what time shuttle left. I was told be in lobby 10 minutes before departure. No mention I had to sign up. Ended up having to use an Uber. We purposely stayed at this hotel for the shuttle. Pool was also not working.
The facility was extremely clean!

The room was nice and clean. Soft and comfortable bed and pillows. Airport shuttle service was available. Friendly staff at check in/out.

The air conditioner in our bedroom made a loud noise each time it came on. The toilet and the toilet paper were so far away from each other you had to get up from the toilet to get the toilet paper. No free complimentary breakfast. $15.99 per person for breakfast! Ridiculous! Cheaper to dine out. At least the coffee was free. Needed something sweet for late night snack. Purchased a 3 musketeer for $3! Insane. I think the hotel would make more money if they would charge reasonable prices for the snacks. More people would buy. Cheaper to bring your own snacks. No small washcloths in room when we got there. We were given one towel per person for a 2 nights stay. Not sanitary to wash your butt with a washcloth and use it the next day to clean your face. We requested another set but we never got them so we had to retrieve them from the cart that was in the hallway. I think it’s best to bring your own towels which may be a pain but at least you know they’re clean. Towels looked dingy.
The room was big for two people and clean. The bed was comfortable. The tv had a hood bit of channels. Love the big shower. Lounging area was nice. Dining area was clean and nice even though we did not dine in. Enjoyed the game room.

Everything met my expectations, and I don't have anything to add.
The location was great for access to the airport, the check in process was easy, the staff were friendly, and the room was as promised. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to access the airport. It was a good room, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

This Holiday inn said it provided 24hr shuttle to the Airport, IT DID NOT!!!! Shuttle service started at 400am to late for my 520am flight!!! Cost me $35 to uber to the Airport!!

It said on the internet when I booked that breakfast was included but didnt find out I was charged until after my guest and I had already started preparing our meal. By then we felt forced to pay and the misunderstanding was never resolved.

website said shuttle bus until midnight but when I contacted them, it stopped at 11pm

the customer service was horrible. the receptionist and shuttle service are the worst. they do not are too much about their customers!!! I called the hotel request for a shuttle, apparently the front desk did not confirm with the driver. when the shuttle arrived at the airport, the driver just pickup other passengers and I was standing right there but he didn't pay attention to me and left. horrible service

We had not been advised we had to call from the airport for the shuttle transfer. We waited 90mins while other hotel shuttles came and went countless times. There was no courtesy phone to call. After a 10hr flight this was the last thing we needed. We have international mobiles so couldn’t call. IGH instant chat wouldn’t call for us and didn’t think the shuttle was running. We only got to the hotel because some other guests called an IGH shuttle so it turned up and then once onboard we learned it was going to another Holiday Inn! Thankfully he kindly took us on to our correct hotel. We heard that this Holiday Inn is notorious for not sending their shuttle until 2 or 3 different guests call to say they were waiting. That said, the return shuttle we booked was on time. Please note the hotel corridors are literally a construction zone as they are still rebuilding after the last big hurricane. The room was fine though
The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful with our printer needs

Need to have 24 hour airport transportation since they are an airport hotel. They did fix us up with a ride on the Comfort Inn shuttle. They need to clean up a bit in the room from the construction. Paint splatters, grout smears on bathroom vanity.
There was no breakfast, since they are under construction due to hurricane Ada. Our room was very nice.
