Hot tub button was outside the pool area. Some kids pooped in the pool so it was closed for cleaning the whole time we were there.

The grounds need some work. There are dead bushes and pealing paint. Starting to look shabby.

Seemed well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was training in a new person but still took the time to be polite and professional to me.

When we arrived around 5pm. The hotel was packed with kids and families all hanging around the pool. ( This is one of those interior hotels, our balcony overlooked a hallway!). Was extremely loud. Yet, upon our return around 9pm. The pool area was empty of family & Kids. It is like they disappeared. We did not heard a peep all evening!

I feel that some of the food at the Best Western venue was not the best. Kraut was way to sour. Brats and other wurst offered were rubbery, not hot either. The only way to cook a brat is on a grill. I felt the portions of the sides were also small. I feel you could upgrade the food. Pretzel sticks were good but a huge pretzel would be better.

We came for the Oktoberfest celebration. We were not disappointed. We absolutely loved the Narren of New Ulm group. They add such an amazing atmosphere to your venue. Think my husband's favorite group was the Concord Singers...yes he was the one in front area singing right along in German.

Shower was very tricky to turn on. Our room #231 was very difficult to find and roofers started hammering right outside our room at 7 am.

Breakfast was great and staff there was exceptional. They cleaned tables and chairs after each use.

Walls did not stop the sound well and being wedding season it was pretty noisy at times Friday and Saturday evenings. But they were mostly joyful noises so in retrospect it was not a big issue. The lighting was a bit dim in our opinion.

Breakfast was good, best on weekends. The maid for our room was very accommodating Green Mill restaurant had really good food and service. Staff really helpful.

Cleaning staff summoning us out of the room at 11:55AM. Checkout is noon. We were just about to leave. My husband and I never stay until checkout at any hotel. So they day we decide to utilize the maximum time and get rushed out was frustrating.

The ADULT hot tub was OVERRUN with small children-jumping, swimming & bumping into ppl (treating it like a kiddie pool!)...took away from our enjoyment of the facility. If we had known that this place allowed small children (not exaggerating) in the HOT tub; we would NOT have booked here. It's unfortunate, as it's otherwise a nice hotel.
