Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Front desk guy very distracted when checking us in.
Near to airport. Free airport shuttle. Clean room. Comfy beds. Good amenities. 24/7 place to grab a bite. Was here only overnight so everything was good for purpose.

I was traveling with my 2-year-old boy and lots of heavy baggage. It was a bit inconvenient since their air shuttle doesn't take us to each terminal.

Short stay...owing to early start to the airport. Only slept 2 hours....so not great value for money...but thats n ot the hotels fault.
Comfortable beds. Ok shower pressure Friendly staff. Excellent airport shuttle service.

No complementary breakfast for a room that I paid $128 for. I've had complimentary breakfast at places much cheaper. Plus their 24 hour, food, drinks and beer was way too expensive. And their pay for breakfast in their lounge, restaurant and bar was ultra expensive. Seemed like they nickel and dime you for ups and extras...

The advertised services about offering long-term parking were misleading, and the shuttle service information was confusing--do they actually go to the airport, or just one of the parking areas and then you need to get an airport shuttle?
Comfortable and excellent location near EWR and the long-term parking lot; perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight.

Felt safe and homely, great coffee shop in Lobby, the shuttle bus is a brilliant service. Huge rooms, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Dove products and body lotion too! Great lightweight hairdryer! Coffee brew machine in room - loved that.

The location charges guests for parking which seems excessive when there's literally no where else to park. They offer parking as an alternative to the airport which is fine but we paid $21 for less than a day and it's not well defined in the small print. It would be better to include parking for guests staying in the hotel and just charge people leaving their vehicle. While our room was clean, the hallway on our floor was iffy and smelled heavily of smoke (not cigarette).
The location is really convenient to the airport which is what we needed for just one night before our flight. The room was good size and the beds were comfortable. Our room was clean and quiet. The barista at the coffee bar was very kind and friendly at 6:00am and made a great cup of coffee. The "pharmacy" vending machine in the lobby was great, came in handy.

The airport shuttle was small and there was stress among the guests as to why it was so late and whether we all could all fit on. Not marked either. It was pathetic compared to the shuttles we saw servicing the other hotels.

I was supposed too have breakfast included but they made me pay $19 for my kid’s breakfast Buffet Scrambled eggs Sausage Bacon Pancakes Coffee n juice Not worth $19 But my reservation said with free breakfast Shuttle is every 45 min plan ahead
