Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Laundry room out of order for 2-3 weeks. Only one elevator for the whole place, one out of order, waiting line each time you wanna use it. Breakfast is just ok. Mold on bathtub joints. Parking is daily extra.

The building had two elevators one was broken and we didn’t see any signs during our stay that they were trying to fix it. And one day the other elevator broke down, so people had to use the stairs for us it wasn’t a big deal but for some elderly person it could be a challenge if they stay on the 5th floor.
Great room with good bed. The TV was a real flat screen with streaming services not like other hotels that say it’s a flat screen and it barely works. The wifi on the entire hotel was great and the breakfast was great as well.

Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast. I was traveling with my adult laughter and we loved how close Icon Park is. A quick two minute walk to restaurants, nightlife, and shops was great. We also purchased discount tickets to Universal Studios from the gentleman at the hotel, saving us money and time. He was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this location and stay there again.

One elevator was out for the duration of our stay, which made the wait for the other one long and cars were often crowded.
Love the area! Walkable to really great food and entertainment options! Lobby area and sleeping area were lovely, clean, and comfortable; bathroom was clean and functional but needed a little maintenance. Staff was pleasant and professional. Price offered good value.

Parking was not free, one of the elevators was broken, so was the treadmill which was a big reason I booked the hotel, also I called the hotel in advance and asked if they have shuttles and got told they ran multiple times a day which was not true.

We had to ask several times for a extra pillow and we told the front desk about are fridge not working and they told us they would have someone look at it and Noone ever came and fixed it or even look at it plus there was issues with the tv ever few minutes sometimes kept going off and on wail we were trying to watch a show
The location was great we where close to all the attractions we planned on going too plus no need to drive to find restaurants there where lots of restaurants close by within walking distance of the hotel the guy who checked us in the first night he was really nice and help us out really good with check in let us know everything we needed to do to pay for the parking and ever time someone walked in he would greet them and make them feel welcome the other guy tho wasn't as good he keep walking away from the front desk alot plus when we finely got him to get us a extra pillow he couldn't remember what room number we where and said he thought we said a different number than what we told him
