There was a convention that was holding reunion. They had a whole function room but overwhelmed the common spaces. Rude would be the nicest word I could use for them.

The restaurant was real nice, breakfast and dinner were good food.(especially liked the breakfast potatoes with all the onion and peppers fresh). Room was clean, would have liked a second roll of TP on hand , but we didn't run out. Also found 1 cup with ice bucket strange, but these are very minor. Comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Scottish Rite.

I didn't like the bedding. Bring your own sheets and covers for ultimate comfort. Was unsure if breakfast was included and where it was located. Also if there where any other amenities included, because the cost was a little high

The room had a nice appearance. It was well lit and there were room darkening curtains. The room was located at a side entrance to the parking lot and the ice machine was close by. the bathroom was spacious with large mirrors.

We ran out of supplies during a one night stay (toilet papar, not enough wash clothes, body wash) The wiifi mirror in our room wasnt working.

I did not like that they charged incidentals right up front. So my hotel bill was a hundred dollars more than I had I had planned. Which caused me to have a problem with my bank account.

That the Manger kept the pool open for 2 hours extra for our baseball team that had a late game.

All bathroom towels were dirty, laden with curly pubic hair. Felt like I needed a second shower after the first. Staff was very kind though.

The best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to. Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable rooms and modern bathroom facilities (especially the mirror with bluetooth speakers and defogger).

One of the reasons that I personally like coming to this hotel is that it has 2 pools one outdoor and another indoor , the indoor one is heated . Before the change of management the indoor pool was not working It needed repair, and before booking since I only like heated pools I made sure it was open and the heating was functioning- I remember very clearly how hot it was in the past but unfortunately there was only 1 Jet barely heating the whole indoor pool and the other 2 were broken and not working and this one jet was not enough to heat up the whole pool so basically the pool was very cold . Also the pool needs a paint job since it’s very deteriorated and peeled off . I was looking forward to enjoying the heated pool but I was not able to go swimming . This issue will be a determining factor in booking here again or not.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 years , The hotel changed management a few years ago and was remodelled and is modern in design super comfortable beds clean room and friendly staff. There was a manager making rounds daily and making sure all our needs were taken care of .

No breakfast restaurant available. The beds were NOT Queen beds the beds were full size and very uncomfortable for 2 people. Disappointed the advertisement was 2 Queen beds and it wasn't.

The location was good. The market next to the front desk for snacks and drinks is very convenient but a little pricey.

There was nothing not to like about the place. Everything was great.
