The smoking smell and the pool was closed.

I liked the location and the breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was closed and the room wasn’t non-smoking after we requested. We let the hotel know that we were going to show up late and still giving us a smoking room.

The hallway was too long for our elderly mom. The staff did not tell us to drive around. We turned the corner and it started out at room 100 and we walked her to room 147. There is no bathroom near the pool for public to use.

They are stingy with their towels, die a facility with a pool that's kind of odd. The jucuzzi didn't work at allmy first 4'day stay,and this full week stay it was closed everyday but one and that day it wasnt working properly n was shut down hour later. No reason a chain such as Best Western should have months that their one and only jucuzzi doesn't work properly yet still advertising like nothing wrong with it. Not too mention being a pool/whirl pool/spa installer for over 30 years now it would be far more cost effective to purchase a new one then to continue trying to maintain one that has leaks and the heater/bubbler is not working. More money would be spent on waisted water leaking and the energy waisted being sent to heater/bubbler that is consuming energy but not using it to hear water or make bubbles. My only other complaint is they are very evasive n will walk right in your room with no knock just key themselves in and say sorry if u happen to be in your room.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was hot on time and convenient. My only complaint with breakfast was no real eggs. Staff was friendly enough but couldn't help you out with any questions u may have due to lack of English.

The carpet had a sketchy dampness to it around window and AC unit. A little dank smell walking into room. Tub had fair amount of peeling. Room was adequate for 2 nights but probably would look elsewhere if back in the area. Gave vibe that renovation was more patch over than comprehensive

Location was good, especially if going to Sesame Place (or apparently Parx Casino!). Staff was good. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Pool helped a lot. Breakfast provided was meh but diner across street.

The breakfast, and woman who was working in the breakfast area, were superb. Amazing food and great service. Check in was easy, although first room we were given wasn't ready. Really quick and easily resolved. Room was damp and smelled musty, and bathroom was disappointing. Shower and tub were NOT GOOD. Tub paint was peeling off and the creaking and movement while showering was sort of off-putting. Towels smelled like ant spray and were slightly damp, and there was no fan in bathroom, so walls had buckling paint at top near felling. Main issue was the hotel not having amenities promised when I booked the stay online. There was no restaurant, or onsite dining options, other than the breakfast. The express deal promised onsite dining, restaurant, pool and hot tub (the latter was not in service after the day we checked in, and sign just said closed until further notice). The staff was very gracious and accommodating, but the condition of property itself was nowhere near my expectation, based on what was portrayed on Priceline. I understand construction, but there was nothing mentioned on the hotel's online description. On top of that, without a car we had to walk at night to get food due to the lack of onsite dining options. Awesome staff but I would never have chosen to stay if I'd known that all doors leading to outdoor areas would be taped shut with wet paint signs starting Wednesday morning, the hot tub would be off limits as of Wednesday as well, and the room smelled like mildew and looked like the popcorn ceiling and paint were terribly done. I will be asking Priceline for additional assistance.

The jacuzzi temperature was not warm enough, and they would not increase it. I've been going there for years, and this time, I couldn't even use it, and it was my birthday! I will not be going back there again for bath water jacuzzi temps!

No bottled water in the room. It’s a courtesy provided by most hotels, especially if there’s a coffee maker and coffee accoutrements in the room.
