The breakfast was excellent, however, the dinner was expensive quality or food you received. The Italian food is reasonably priced and good quality. The steaks are over priced for the quality I expected.

I didn't like that the pool closed at 10pm. Also, breakfast when you got a voucher with the room the people giving info about the availabilities didn't mention the buffet only a few items on the menu. Had to ask ourselves to find out about buffet.

I like the location as it was in the middle of town. I like that it had a restaurant available so we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and plenty of hygiene products and towels.

The indoor pool room was extremely hot if you were not in the pool. I wasn’t able to sit and talk with family from out of town and watch my daughter, nieces and nephews swim because it was to hot.

We were given a handicap accessible room but did not need/request one. Also it was a connected room, which we do not prefer. It was located on the 3rd floor far from the elevator (which seemed odd for an accessibility room). The elevator and lobby were a little worn, some debris in the hallways. There were not enough carts for a large hotel.

Easy access to road. Ample parking.

Being woken at 2 am by another guest pounding on his room door trying to get his kids to let him in (that's what the front desk told me) it was frightening to be woken in such a manor, although it had nothing to do with the staff.

The ease of checking in, the friendliness of the night clerk while checking in. Check out was also easy and the morning clerk was very pleasant. The breakfast voucher/coupons for the attached Restaurant was a very nice added surprise for us. It was nice to get a full breakfast for free.

Breakfast in the restaurant attached to hotel was convenient but they never had enough wait staff so service seemed slow. Food was good, but the selection menu was vague. Had to have the staff tell us what was available. Supposed to be a buffet, but when we checked it looked aged and we were down there around 9ish so chose to order off the selected items rather than the buffet. Buffet was not clearly visible, had to look for it. No signage to speak of. I had asked before checking in if the bathtub had a grab bar and they did not know and thought I needed a handicapped room, which I did not, but none were available anyway. Our bathroom did indeed have a grab bar. My assumption is almost all of the rooms should at this point, but the associate at the desk didn't know.

The on site restaurant breakfast coupon did not work for me. I checked out on a Saturday and went to use the coupon for buffet at the end of the service. there were no plates available but food was there. at least three people were waiting tables but most people had not been served or had orders taken. I waited a good five minutes and was never directed to anything. I gave up and went to the Donut House nearby. Mc Donald’s is also nearby. Kroger is across the street.
