To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room was barely big enough for a queen bed and the normal amenities. The freight trains going past the window at all hours took some getting used to. I am glad that I only needed to stay for a single night.
My plane left long before breakfast was served. If the hotel is going to advertise itself as convenient to the airport and provide a shuttle, they might want to at least provide a continental breakfast for all travelers. Not just travelers who are present during normal business hours.

this was a good place to stay if you need to be by the airport. Are you able to park our car for a week at a very reasonable price.

United States of AmericaVery disappointed with the restaurant hours. If you operate an airport hotel you need to be more accommodating to understand that people come in at all hours of the day. People that fly in and take the shuttle to your hotel have no other options than what you offer. Very disappointing you should at least offer some room service options with regard to food and beverage.

NigeriaThe restaurant staff!! They were so rude AND racist! No other way to put it. Seemed they were forced to work especially the bald guy with a beard who was verbally rude and in his actions throwing trays and making so much noise just because I asked for cutlery to eat!
The bed was super comfortable and room was warm considering I had spent a night at the cold airport stuck in the snow. The staff at the reception were awesome and the shuttle bus drivers (all 4 I experienced) were kind, considerate and professional. Wish I knew their names.

United States of AmericaI think it would be nice to update the property - our sink had a crack in it; the drain was discolored; the bedroom walls could be cleaned as well (there were some kind of dirt spots). The TV didn't offer many program choices which was disappointing.
I liked that the hotel was accessible to the airport with free shuttle service. The rooms were a bit dated, but overall comfortable. We had a quiet location and we were able to sleep peacefully. I liked that there was a restaurant to have a quick meal without having to leave the premises.

United States of AmericaThe glass top of the desk in the room was not clean -- this I noticed upon entry. Made me wonder about other parts of the room. A very loud noise like someone moving cylinders or something like that woke me up at 1:00 a.m. This may not have been the hotel's responsibility. The hotel also seems a bit pricey for what it offers, though one can't beat the convenience of its location when traveling by air.
The young man at reception who checked me in was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He appears to like his job, and that's a welcome sight. The hotel is large, close to the airport, offers paid airport parking and a shuttle, and is quite convenient. The bed was comfortable.
