The staff member who checked us in was very keyed up and stressed. She told the customer in front of us not to tell her to calm down due to "problems in her past." We found a dirty rag under the shower curtain in our room. The hot tub water was *green" and seemed unsanitary.

Beautiful lobby and interior, great location, ample parking, quick and easy check-out, comfortable pillows and beds, nice big screen TV, *very* capable and effective kitchen management at breakfast.

Super random but the shampoo and conditioner bottles were really challenging to squeeze. I kept thinking of anyone with arthritis would not be able to get the product out. I am a massage therapist so my hands are strong but they are also pretty wrecked from 20 years of work and I had a hard time!

I was told the restaurant would be open Thanksgiving giving. So I went ahead a booked a room. When I showed up to check in, this is when I found out restaurant would be closed. I could have booked at another hotel closer to where I needed.

$32 for what looked like a continental breakfast was just nuts. The doors let every noise under the sun in - people talking, doors opening and shutting. The AC unit sounded like a truck. The blanket wasn’t comfy or warm. And apparently there was a $10/day parking charge for a completely empty lot.

Staff was nice. Room overall was nice. Hotel seemed clean. There was a pool and a big workout room which seemed neat but we didn’t use. Lots of parking and close to lots of food. Location seem like a good spot.

The coffee creamer in my room was expired. It's a basic hotel, not a resort. Parking should be free, but they charge you ten dollarsThey charged $10 for parking. Told me it would free, if I gave them my email and became a member, I was still charged $10. The price of breakfast was $16. Booking said it was $10

Food from the previous guest was still in the mini fridge . Long black hairs clinging to the shower walls. When checking in the front desk clerk was short with me when I quizzed him about charges on my bill and requested clarification . Not pleasant at all, he did not explain pool hours or give us directions to the elevator. When we checked out a different desk person didn't bother to ask how our stay was it invite us to return also neither one of them explained the rewards program. The beds had depressions in them that happen in older memory foam. Overall not a great experience. We have come to expect better from Holiday Inn.

The location was good with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Parking was adequate. Although we did not try them there was a restaurant and bar onsite which is always a plus. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The lobby was large and comfortable.

Some cars I noticed with parking signs.Not sure what that was about. They never asked for a license number at check in either.

I was never told about parking 💲 The breakfast I thought was included but wasn’t.At my HH hotels the front desk tells you that maid service is every 3 days unless you need anything. The front desk person didn’t say anything about it and was not friendly. Had more time to change hair color then bother with check ins.
