The lines and wait time to check in was extremely long. I double checked when I booked and nowhere did it say anything about $200 hold . I really didn't like we had to play close to $100 for parking--as guest at the resort. Seems pretty greedy to me. Price is too high . Our room door didnt stay close unless you really slammed it! First day , we didnt slam and came back to the door open. It also mentions daily towel change , which didnt happen until we called.

The kids really enjoyed the pools and arcade room. It was nice to have the restaurants easily available.

Ice machines out of order. Parts of room was dated especially shower and tub. Our room faced back of property. The back of property was messy with exposed construction bins and materials. It could use portable fencing around it just to make it look organized. I suggest a designated outdoor ventilated space for smokers instead of having smokers standing out in the back parking lot areas as smoke smells come up around the rooms.

No blow dryer in room. We had to ask staff to get our dirty towels. Not much was cleaned or restocked.

The walls are paper thin between rooms and I could hear everything that everyone that was located around me were doing. Also, the food variety was a little thin. The travel options to Disney are misleading as they are for specific times during the day which don't work for everyone. I had to use Uber to get to my destinations.

Landscaping is very sparse by rooms, Shower needed soap,conditioner,shampoo, No toiletries for the bathroom. Breakfast was very expensive and should be complimentary like other budget hotels. Vinyl floors are all scratched from luggage.

It was some what clean but there were aspects that were questionable such as the bed sheets on the pullout and also my son crawling got his knees pretty dirty . The bathroom smelled like blunts at the pool so since this a family hotel it's not ideal for little kids . The food in the hotel mall is pretty pricey too and I didn't like that they try to add all these extra fees for everything but then try to make it same way cheaper on booking.com And the time share sharks kept my husband there way later then promised yes they allowed later check out but we were way late meeting our friends to go to Disney world for my sons birthday party.

The water park and pools were nice aside from the fact the slides were not operating it also smelled like someone sparked a blunt in the pool bathroom. The arcade was fun the bar was good too and I loved how close it was to all the main attractions

They initially charged $119 @ booking, and then after booking, they charged a $49 resort fee and a $27 parking fee. Be aware of the people at the desk on the left as you walk on. They will offer you a free gift, but it's only if you book a presentation during your stay. There is one guy that we felt was rude when we turned him down. 😔 The water park part was closed for some reason after we paid an extra $49 for it. They only had the pool and hot tubs open (which we could have gotten anywhere without the extra fees). The music at the pool was super loud. They also serve alcohol in the Waterpark, which is odd for a place meant for children. Breakfast was $29 per person... I hope they are selling filet mignon with their eggs...we ate McDonald's it was cheaper.

The service was friendly, the room was awesome, facilities were clean and the Marketplace was convinent.

This hotel is meant to come with kids, but the water in the pool and water park was freezing. We came with toddlers and babies and we couldn't let them play there. It was way too cold. The elevator was broken and we needed to constantly drag 4 kids around in order to use a different elevator and go up. The water in our room was boiling hot in the kitchen(no cold at all) and barely hot in the bathroom. The covers for the two bed were ripped and looked very very used. The cleaning of the room was a hard part. We agreed for our room to be clean when we weren't there (cuz we had 4 kids) but of course it was not. Only when we came back they came than to clean. But it wasn't possible with children in it. So at the end for the 3 day stay our room was swept 1 a drop in the kitchen and trash was taken out. Our bathroom was never cleaned for the 3 day stay. We were 6 people in there.

It has a lot of things for children. And the property is amazing. Staff are very friendly and front desk staff are super nice :)

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and couldn’t get a good night sleep

The furniture (sofa) was uncomfortable. No kitchen seating for a toddler. Limited seating in the living area an arm chair or something more would have been more comfortable. The dishwasher was broken and when the housekeeper washed them by hand, the dishes were still dirty.

The water park The movie theater Gator land Arcade All of the activities above provided tons of entertainment. If we didn’t want to leave the hotel, we didn’t have to.

They put is at the back of the motel which is some walk. And the keys locked out of the room at 9 am even though it's a 10 am check out. Had to wait for security to open our door, again at the back 4 blocks.
