We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is terrific! It is right by the river where there is this great park. It also has this cute courtyard where you can sit on the balcony.

United States of AmericaBreakfast at the hotel is higher quality, but it limits the amount of food you can eat. If you are going for a large breakfast, then it is not ideal.
The room was spacious and clean. I particularly loved the fitness center, which was excellent. There was always free coffee and water with lemon at the entrance, which was super nice.

United States of AmericaThe bottom floor doors that open to the court yard. No safety lock other than the deadbolt and as a solo female traveler, I wasn’t really comfortable with that. Also my first room was big and lovely but only had a shower. I prefer a bath to relax, but the staff accommodated me and moved me rooms.
Beds were really comfortable. Staff was nice.

I had egg shells in my wrap (usually an egg white wrap but was told they were out of egg whites 🤔so I asked if they could just use the whole egg)3 of us ordered no potatoes and but got them anyway. I ordered fruit and did not get it. The omelette was cold in the middle and sausage appeared to be deep fried. We paid $30 for virtually inedible breakfast. We were on our way to a funeral and didn’t feel up to taking the time to complain right then but it was truly a bad experience.

However, when we walked in, it looks just like the buffet style breakfast that is very often complimentary. Perhaps a sign at the door of the restaurant would be helpful?
Good sized room. Loved the patio on the back side. Room was comfortable. Really liked the walk in shower. Bed was comfy. Hotel was situated in a great location.

Room was comfortable, good TV size and quality, good sized room, bathroom well stocked. Good location with breakfast right next door and close to our event that we participated in - festival. Extra towels were readily supplied upon request.

United States of Americahad to have maintenance in to get fridge working. Awkward entrances for a person who has difficulty with steps. Going through the lobby was a long way to walk to the room and the closer entrances all have steps, no ramps. Difficulty setting the air conditioner to keep the room comfortable. The hot water in the shower had to run a long time to get hot..quite a water waster.

United States of AmericaWe booked a river view room but didn’t have a patio overlooking the river but had a huge patio which we figured out after the dogs next door were barking that we had a doggie room. The hot water took about 10 minutes to make it to our shower. Also, everything in our fridge froze and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it up.
The staff was very friendly and the pool was the perfect temperature on a hot day. Loved being able to walk along the river each morning.

United KingdomRoom was not ready for 15:00 check in which was unfortunate. The rooms are not entirely soundproof. There was an extremely loud couple in the hallway who had very little volume control with their voices. Every word could be heard clearly. Could be cheaper.
The staff are very helpful and responsive online. The room was mostly quiet (will explain below) The bed was great. Breakfast was good.
