Everywhere you went outside, the marijuana smell hits you like a brick. Nothing the hotel can do about that, honestly.

Staff were friendly, the location was great for our needs, the room was comfortable, and the bed was great after a long day of walking downtown Richmond.

The room is spacious and clean. Loved the arrangement of the room. Location is surrounded by several fast food restaurants and gas stations, although it's close to the main road it's a very calm and nice place.

I booked a return for the following week. It was supposed to be same price , but they charged me $50 more. I spoke to the girl on duty but nothing was done to correct it. Very disappointing, I will probably notify Booking if what they did. If this isn’t corrected, I probably won’t be back.

First room we were given smelled of smoke so we asked for another, which was handled quickly. Despite turning the air off it blew cold all night, and it was noisy.

It wasn’t super clean. There was trash left in my room from a previous guest under the sink, and there was an empty juice bottle on a table in the hallway for the duration of my stay.

Good location, comfortable bed, and I appreciated that they allowed me to check in very late with no issues.

The idea that people would rather pay for ala carte breakfast than have complimentary buffet breakfast is misguided. I can't imagine guests preferring that. The light as we entered the room would go off and on on its own. so we did without it. The inroom coffee maker had to be held down by hand to have it work. It should be fixed or replaced.

The bed was comfortable. Location gave easy access to highway.

When I checked the room out it said my stay included free breakfast and that wasn’t an option when I got there.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite.

The sheets and rags had stains on them. The floor looked clean, but when walking around barefoot, feet would get dirty from lack of mopping. The coffeemaker had old coffee in the water and bad mold spores as if it hadn't been checked or cleaned in a while.

The room itself was very up to date and a good size. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. You can definitely feel like you're at home there. The atmosphere was quiet and calming in the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Experience overall was absolutely amazing despite some cleaning issues.

We had to change rooms because of an odor in the first room. So thankful they were able to give us another room but still, a little inconvenient.

They don’t offer a complimentary breakfast but they have a place on site to get a variety of breakfast items. I had a sandwich and my husband had pancake bites. We enjoyed both.

Old carpet, old fridge. The microwave made such a terrible noise when using, we were afraid of he was going to explode. The shower was not powerful, it was very difficult to rinse my long hair. The toilet flush doesn't work like it has to do and the lights were very capricious and disturbing.
