Considering the price for the room, the interior of the room didn't match the exterior of the building. The exterior of the building what was I expected but the interior of the room was not what I expected. The furniture and decorations were old, in disrepair and outdated.

Check in and out process was quick and easy.

Our hot water wasn't working in the morning and it was difficult to get a hold of someone to help us fix it. We were on a strict time budget because I was having surgery that morning and it was very stressful because we assumed we'd have hot water early in the morning. Someone came to try and fix it and didn't succeed so we had to call the front desk again and they ended up giving us a new room on the complete other side of the hotel. I also didn't like that the TVs don't let you connect anything to them. Don't waste your time bringing a roku, game console, dvds or firestick - these TVs don't connect to anything and you'll be stuck watching cable for your entire stay. Not ideal.

I liked how close this hotel is the the Kaiser Hospital, since that was the main reason for my stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large.

My review is above this hotel has run down rooms and not upkept, dusty floors ,doors need to replaced in bathroom and closet. these rooms are work no more than 70-80 and the expectation you will have stained sheets and ceilings. I have pictures of the entire room.

The room was filthy ,the sheets had stains and the floor dirty,tub had black mold on corner and shower barley hinged on, a pizza stain on the ceiling and a whole in the wall covered by a board. The room was not clean at all I was charged 5 times booking and then the property.My account had 5 holds on in.I now see every hold off and my deposit has not been returned and it’s now Wednesday so I have a charge of $233 for a room that was not the quote on booking it was $98 or $114 .Booking.com stated breakfast was included and the facility restaurant is closed no breakfast not even continental.A romantic get away turned into feeling like we were at a homeless center. I have stayed here in the past prior to covid and this hotel has not been kept up really run down like a motel 6. I almost forgot the bug on our ceiling,I was creeped out by a flying bug. The shower sprays out everywhere had to keep drying the floor with only 2 towels in the room ,no other towels or hand towle’s in bathroom.

Have stayed several times and accommodations have been very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and location is close to shopping centers and excellent restaurants. Would recommend to family and friends.

the bed had blood stains on one side and the towels were yellow stained , thankfully there was more than one towel and we didnt sleep on that side of the mattress, my wife lifted the sheets to see the mattress and it was so dirty. we probably wont be staying at any wyndham hotel any time soon.

The key system is definitely funky at this location. I did see a roach one time and I do not like to have hot water run out after one shower.

The bed was very comfortable and overall the hotel is good. They seem to be getting it all together. I've been here 3 times over the last year. The first time there wasn't a shower curtain and I did see a roach in the bathroom! The 2nd time it took 3 tries to get the key to work. The 3rd time the hot water ran out after one shower and sadly I had 2 children to give their baths. The location and price and overall OKness keeps me coming back.

The sofa bed and curtains definitely need an upgrade. Sofa bed had stains and very dirty.

Room was very dated and dirty. Door's did not close properly. Walls are very thin and you can hear other guest talking in next room. Shower head had major hard water on it. Lights kept turning off because they are on a timer/sensor. Although the lobby looked nice and updated the rooms are definitely not.

Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Freeway 101/85. Room was spacious.
