Coffee maker - weird design, poor result. The wood effect floor was dirty so couldn't walk bare foot.

Breakfast was poor, and breakfast attendants weren’t friendly. We would recommend to be more attentive to the hotel guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially front desk agent who checked us in. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name, we stayed in the room 617. Thank you guys for warm welcoming and great service. 🌸

The bathroom that I was in this time was not the best, the knob on the shower handle seemed a little broke.

This is my second time in this hotel. It’s very quiet and comfortable I have had zero issues there both times that I was there. Staff is very helpful!

Bartender was unattractive, even after I waited patiently for him to restock a cooler. Did not list the draught beer selection even though I asked twice. I also had to repeat my order of the only recognizable pull, twice as well. The next morning the bar/lounge area was not clean from, what looked like a big party, the night before. Not only glass of abandon adult beverages were everywhere but also plates with uneaten dinner remained scattered about as well as garbage & trash.

Convenient to airport. The bedding & pillows were wonderful! The breakfast sausage was not your typical mystery meat tube. On the contrary it was plump, flavorful & reminded me of the sausage in the UK. The front desk staff was amusing & quite accommodating.

Shuttle van ends at 10pm...my flight was delayed but at 10:15pm...taxi took us. No food ..no options nearby...no deliveries

Property was clean, the lobby was really nice. Staff was friendly. Our room was really clean and the beds were sooo comfy I had a great nights sleep!! I’m not sure why other reviews complained about the rooms/carpet… our room was just fine. The location is awesome, you’re so close to lots of food options and stores for shopping. The last time I was in this area was about 5 years ago and the businesses around there have grown tremendously!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again :)

Airport shuttle service stated 24 he service but service started at 5 almost missed the 6 am flight front desk service would not give me a check out statement because I booked online this was to get a refund from the airline very very very disappointed need better customer service

Getting off the elevator, it’s smelled like marijuana smoke, we got to our room, walking in it smelled like rotten feet so bad we kept our shoes on the entire time be we didn’t want to place them on the carpet, the carpet it self looked dirty, the room was out dated, we went to look out the window and and had no view. The room it’s all felt crowded with large furniture, and it being such a small room. The paint looked really old, the top of the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We wasn’t comfortable at all, we had a long trip, we was so tired we didn’t have the energy to go back down stairs and complain, to move all our luggage around.

We chose this hotel for the free shuttle from airport and free breakfast as advertised. Their shuttle was broken down. Overheard the driver talking with another hotel staff later that night about how it was broke down before and keeps breaking down. In fact, they were joking about it and laughing and high fiving each other which is just an insult when you put so many people out for the night and made them wait on you. There was no sense of urgency or sincerity from the staff on the night of April 3rd. Was repeatedly told to wait by the driver. Called driver 4 times while we were at the airport. Waited an hour just to have him say they couldn't get it to work and we were to find our own transport. We had to pay $30 for an Uber to get to the hotel. No one on staff the night of April 3rd would help us out with compensation or picking us up at the airport. The woman at the check in counter actually told us that every hotel in the area has courtesy vehicles for airport pickup as of to say we should have just booked another hotel then😮 She did assure us the vehicle would be working the next morning to take us to the airport. However, it was not. So when we asked two men at the check in counter what they can do to help is get to the airport, they just looked at the ground and shrugged their shoulders like they didn't understand English. Jazmine jumped up and took action and got us a transport. Finally someone who took care of us! We were so greatful for her. We found out the morning of breakfast that it was not free for everyone staying in our room. We had to go get our vouchers for only 2 breakfasts at the check in counter to give to the staff at breakfast. Why weren't they given to us at check in? And this really needs to be mentioned on the booking.com listing. Only 2 breakfasts per room. No microwave in room so couldn't even reheat our yummy leftovers from the night before. The restaurant on site for dinner was fantastic.

Jazmine was wonderful and was the only person on staff that was helpful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Dinner at restaurant was so delicious! Restaurant waiter on night of April 3rd was a true gem.
