Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No house keeping; Customers are not aware and should be told that house keeping are upon request only and have to be request by 7am, if their stay are 2 nights or longer. Lack of communication between front desk and house keeping, since we couldn’t get our room clean and ask for fresh towels but never deliver to our room and stop by front desk to grab towels, no fresh towels available! No hot water, unless you let water run for 15 minutes or longer!

The restaurant is a joke. You had to go sit in the bar and WAIT for a bartender to bring a menu, which never happened. I found one lying on the bar and took it to our table to read it. Extremely expensive and SHORT menu. No one came to take our order so we left. There were only 6 people sitting at the bar and no one had any food!!!! We ended up ordering Dominos pizza.
Did not get any of the coupons that were advertised to come with the room. Breakfast was done serving at 10:00 and not 11:00 like we thought so we missed it. Had to drive around a long distance to find an APPLEBEES to eat.

There were people in the room next to us that were up til 3am being loud and smoking weed that leaked into our room and was really strong. We had headaches

There wasn’t much available information about the amenities available to our group. It seems to be assumed that we do everything digitally- and we don’t.
Very nice for the price. Their shuttle took us to our concert venue and got us back- it made our trip downtown stress free.

There was a coffee maker in the room with coffee to use but no cups. The bathroom only had one hand towel. They did not have any decaffeinated black tee in the restaurant. The hotel was quite full and only had two of the three elevators in use.

The staff had an issue with my booking.com Confirmation number and I spent 30 minutes solving the issue - I spoke with a customer service Representative from booking.com who called the Hotel Staff and resolved the issue.

Last night there was a wedding party and adults and children were running up and down the halls till way past midnight. There was people drinking in front of the hotel as well as smoking weed. There was alcohol spilled in the lobby and elevator. The staff as friendly as can be didn’t seem to have a good handle on the situation. I’m sure the party brought them a lot of money but it would have been nice to consider other guests in the hotel.
The staff was great, very friendly. Really nice hotel.

They had a shuttle for the concert we were attending. The concert started at 6:30. Shuttle times were 4pm and 6:30pm, very unreasonable. Also, we didn’t get cookies, they had none when we checked in, none when we got back at night and none at check out.

The drain in one our rooms was plugged and maintenance was unable to come and fix it during our short stay. This was very inconvenient.

The restaurant wasn't open all day. They were short staffed, were out of several menu items. That could have been a better experience.
They offered us warm cookies when we checked in. They provided a shuttle bus to drop off and pick up at our event at the Xcel Energy Center. Very convenient!
