I was supposed to be able to check in at 4pm. I was not able to check in on time because the room was not ready till after 5pm

It was VERY difficult to find the driveway leading back to the property. Some signage at the road would be helpful.

This property has been fully renovated since I last stayed there about 2 or 3 years ago and it is both clean and beautiful!! I had a spacious room with plenty of plugs and USB ports. Also had a fabulous view of the marsh.

Only one elevator working, the breakfast isn't free and we knew that but there also was very slow response to us when we wanted to buy breakfast.

The room was clean, and comfortable. Quiet atmosphere. The staff was nice checking in and out as well.

Our AC didn't work, it did when we got there but went out at some point during the night. We had to ask for the linen for the pullout bed. Breakfast was just "ok" but it wasn't horrible.

I love the fact that "Dove" products were used in the room. Dove can be used by mostly everyone. The room was a great size for all 5 of us...we had 2 queens and a queen sofa bed....excellent for family travel. Central to all locations and dining. The room was really clean and check-in was quick....they were expecting us and had everything ready. Check-in took about 2 minutes seriously.

No breakfast buffet, you'll get a voucher for the restaurant, which was fine but not that great. But it had a great view outside!

Huge room! Unfortunately I got a room on the wrong side with the view over the parking lot instead of the beautiful back. Free coffee 24/7 ! Beaufort is beautiful! Very friendly staff!

For the last two times I stayed at the hotel, I had someone open my door and just walk in. They were not a guest of mine. The first time they double assign the room. The last time it was in the evening and a housekeeper just open my door and then realized that I was in the room.

Bathroom needs more towel racks. Perhaps 2 hooks on door. Also room should always have at least 3 sets of towels if there are two guests, especially if one is a woman.

Minor cleaning issues, no breakfast, and very limited coffee was available in lobby in mornings but was removed at 9am. I was surprised such a nice hotel didn’t have a decent coffee station for guests.

My only complaint is the carpet had a large stain that was easily visible. But it didn’t bother my stay.

Housekeeping staff horrible. They stand around your room when it’s time for check out like vultures waiting for death. I thought that the 1st time it happened it was annoying and I let it slide but, when I came to town and it happened again, I decided I will never return. I asked for late check out so I could go to church with elderly parents. We got out early and returned and was taking advantage of late checkout but would be out before time to check out to avoid fees. The housekeeper knocked on door feverishly and was rude stating I didn’t have late checkout. (Which I did) When I got downstairs the housekeeper admitted to being wrong and that I did have late checkout. No apology. I checked out despite being displeased with this experienced. Front desk lady said nothing about what happened as housekeeper laughed at her mistake. Very disappointing!!!

Location was awesome. Close to everything needed. Room was clean this time. Very quiet at night. Everyone respected the quiet time between 10p-7a. Very appreciated!!
