The bedding was blood stained on both comforters and one pillow, the bathtub had gunk in it I had to clean out before I could use it and the room was just not cleaned well there was something in the trash in the bathroom as well as that it didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Overall just not what I'd expect from a Holiday Inn at $200 a night!

Our room was disgusting - stains on all layers of bedding, pubic hairs in the tub and floors were filthy. Hotel staff couldn’t be bothered and didn’t even inquire as to why we were checking out. Instead, my husband had to go ahead and explain why - the staff did not ask if we wanted to switch rooms or refund our money. We are still waiting for booking.com and/or the hotel to make this right, after a week still no resolution. Hotel has not even responded to booking.com’s attempt to contact them nor our direct attempts (since booking.com handed it to us and essentially said “here you go, good luck”.

Pool was rented out for party of screaming kids from a different hotel because that hotel pool was broken. We booked this room to use spa and pool and couldnt due to reckless kids and no one stopping them.

customer service was horrible from the get go. issues: room keys not working, again, bad customer service. correct keys. , finding leftover food in the fridge, finding another room key on the desk (not ours), requested room change, again unhappy with customer service. change of room good. clean. comfortable. pool FREEZING! even though I called to verify it was heated! in the restaurant, we delt with fruit flies & gnats having a drink & dinner! we literally had them on our plates & glasses! apparently they’d just flushed out the drains. was disgusting! we couldn’t even finish the next morning, the new assistant manager was very apologetic, and accommodated our loss.

Nobody answered at the front desk after letting it ring for a while. The air feels so wet as well as the flooring and carpet in the room. Definite humidity problem.

Room service was requested for all rooms. No service was provided. Beds were unmade, soiled towels remained in rooms. At 4 pm room #220 received a knock and open of the door. Not "room service" alert. Just knock and immediate open. This was mentioned at check out. We were assured by the snippy gent at the counter the manager would be notified as she was just in the office. Our check in was lovely. The lady was prompt, welcoming and professional. She checked us in and out on a previous stay. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Manager was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by him at check in and he checked in on us when he'd see us around the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice as well. Breakfast here is much better than at most other hotels.

Booked a king room given a queen. The pool was freezing cold and construction workers working on hotel stripped down to underwear and got in. Th front desk staff person was one of the rudest people I have encountered in the service industry.

Initially, we were placed in a room with an unclean bathroom. The staff immediately relocated us to a comparable room. The facilities were outdated and not well kept. They should not advertise that they have a restaurant. It was a lobby area at best where they serve food. The alleged restaurant is a space with tables and chairs. There was not even a picture on the wall! The server was very friendly and accommodating; however, the space and food were poor.

The carpet could have been swept better. When checking for bed bugs,alot of dirt and dust under and behind bed,stains on the box spring.Pool was closed.Ii

We were traveling with children and picked that hotel based upon the pool pictures online. When we got there we were told after checking in that the pool area was closed for renovation. The website did not mention this.
