I needed a spot to stay overnight while traveling and chose this hotel very quickly based on price and a few reviews. The Hotel exceeded my expectations for the price range. The rooms were clean, comfortable and pretty large. They have a bar that was open to 11 and seemed very upscale for the price. Also, they have a huge parking lot that could accomodate a small boat trailer I was pulling.

Had to negotiate for the breakfast when it was included under Booking.com. Then the breakfast didn't open when it was supposed to. Very pricey ($100) pet fee.

Noise from the interstate…all night Children housed on our floor (were picked up by the school bus in the morning), slamming their doors and making prank calls to our room

The room service menu is very limited with options I don't think the average person would like. There was a disturbance outside our room. It lasted almost an hour. I called the front desk to let them know. 25 minutes after the 1st call, I called again as they were still in the hall. I was told someone had been up to quiet the situation, but she would send them again. When the person showed up, the guest were in their room. He knocked on their door, told them there's a complaint about their noise. The guest says they'll quiet down & the hotel staff responded.....you are good. After he left it was still another 15 mins before they quieted down. This was after midnight.

The beds are amazing. The room was very clean. Very easy check in process.

My room, 703, had an issue with the heating that I did not realize until the middle of the night and was freezing, Kept turning up the heat. By about 7:00 am the room reached an acceptable temperature, but my sleep was impaired by the cold. Also, the restaurant was supposed to be open for breakfast at 6:00 am. The staff did not arrive and so the kitchen was closed. I wound up with a bottle of OJ from the hotel "store" beside the redistration desk. I last tried about 7:30 and there was no one to be found in the restaurant. I always stay at Marriott properties and expected this to be an upscale version of the Marriott brand. Very disappointing

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, as was the Bartender/Server in the restaurant. The facilities were recently renovated and reflect that clean modern feel.

Some of the room details needed to be refurbished, there was peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.

The front desk and maintenance man, Jerry, were very accommodating and expedient when I asked for a different room due to the guests next to me. The bedding was incredibly comfortable.

No free morning coffee or breakfast. Pet fee was not disclosed in the booking and was exorbitant at $75.00 announced upon arrival. Booking request included pet. Price should have been disclosed at booking. So would not consider staying again.

The location is right next to the freeway and you can hear every car that goes by. That being said though, if you have the ac on , the tv on , and close the room darkening drapes you cannot really hear too much. The bathroom was beginning to show some wear and tear. A touch up on the remodel needs to be done.

It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had a boutique feel. Loved the good parking area and the landscaping in front.
