We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

She stated, “Oh I forgot, I’m supposed to be telling people that and I keep forgetting.” The indoor pool was my only reason for wanting to book this location. Other than that, no major issues.

A manager ended up helping us and she was better. We still didn’t get what we booked but at that point i was tired of going up and down.

We love this property as we live not far from it and our children love spending their birthday weekends here we love the pool and the cleaning ladies are wonderful.

United States of AmericaNo coffee after 930!!!😡 Our room ran out after the 1st night and we had to scrounge and finally went by car to Jack's across the street. There really shoud be free coffe in the lobby. Major oversight.
The sheets were so soft and comfortable! The ledge in our window worked as a fantastic shelf for small things like purses, makeup, night clothes; it really was a perk! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaBit over priced considering there were ants in the bathroom upon arrival, dusty wall decor, they only had one luggage cart available. We had to wait in line for the elevator. After we waited in the line for 15 min or so, We asked where the stairs were and the lady at the desk actually said,"Sir, was dont have stairs." He politely ask, What happens if there is a fire?" She then said that's the only time we were allowed to use the stairs. We just had to wait in the line with 2 small children while strangers cut the line.
Room and bed were comfortable and family friendly. Pool area is nice.

United States of AmericaThe room had a bit of an off odor when we first came in. It got better. The heating/ac unit was loud. We asked the desk to have someone to come look at it. He was right up but wasn’t able to quiet it down. We just turned it off after that. I was cold enough outside that the room didn’t get too warm over night. I was surprised there were not extra blankets in the room. The fridge unit was not turned on or maybe it didn’t work. We just decided to put ice in our cooler to keep things cool. Also I don’t know why more hotel rooms don’t have small freezer drawers in their fridges. We travel with a small cooler and it would be much easier and less messy if we could refreeze our ice bag in the room. We ventured down to the pool. It needed a good cleanup of the debris off the bottom. Plus the pool was pretty chilly. The bathroom was another disappointment. There is no tub spout, instead there are two shower spouts. What The Heck? A small table in there would also be good plus some extra towels and washcloths. You are promoting less room cleanup which is great but you need to provide more supplies.
The view and location were excellent.

United States of AmericaThe air conditioner was difficult to control. There was both a wall thermostat plus the unit controls. Neither allowed us to control the fan which was on high the entire time. Restaurant was closed on Sunday evening and when we went for breakfast a 9:30 it was already closed! There were no hours of operation posted on the flyer in the room.
The checkin was efficient. The room was large and bed was super comfortable. The shower was large.
