The pool area was small and no hot tub option. Mostly the parking garage was full and we had one spot left for us which was tiny. Also, the toilet was a difficult to flush.

The coffee shop and the staff was incredible. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

A man harassed us right outside the hotel the second we got there which wasn’t the best welcome but not the hotels fault.

Restaurants was not open when I arrived, a coffee shop in lobby wold be nice.

Good location nice facilities and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean bed comfortable. Would definitely recommend .

Didn’t like that there wasn’t a complimentary breakfast and the breakfast food we did have from the Bodega was cold and overpriced

Needing to ask for housekeeping to come in for our stay was a bit off putting. Since COVID housekeeping has changed, but in other places I have stayed you had a door hanger to let the staff know whether or not you wanted them to come in - let awkward and no contact.

The location and the complimentary use of a golf cart shuttle was very convenient. The front desk was very pleasant as was the valet who held our luggage until we were ready to leave. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus.

They don’t regularly clean your room unless you ask. And even when I did ask once, it wasn’t done.

Close to broadway and the convention center Bodega downstairs that serves coffee and you can get water and snacks

Need more signage in elevators, etc, telling you where things are (fitness center, pool, etc.). Pool was closed (bummer). More hooks to hang towels on in bathroom.

Super comfortable bed. Easy walk downtown (plus a complimentary golf cart ride to Broadway if needed). Very new and clean. Everything you need in Bodega downstairs.

The pool was small. We did not end up using it, but it was disappointing in size.

location was prime for everything we did while in Nashville. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great communication.

One negative comment a staff member made out loud, late at night about another guest walking by. Also, a group of teens went in to the bodega store and shop lifted and the cashier was very nice and asked them to put everything back, but it was Ak-ward! And, location wise, it was a bit further than it seemed on the map to Broadway.

The early check-in was amazing. The lobby, store, and attached bar was lively and a huge plus. The executive room was spacious and very well maintained, and the staff was for the most part, very friendly and enthusiastic.

I didn’t like that I had to pay $50 a night to park my car in the garage of the hotel. I already paid to stay there parking should be included of you are not using a valet.

The location was great. We were able to walk to all of our destinations.

For the price paid for the room the price for parking was expensive. Trash cans in the room had no trash bags. The bathroom shower has mold and the ceiling was peeling in there as well.

It was close to the As end amphitheater.

Pillows not comfortable. Didn't go to the pool, but from what I could see not impressed.

The staff was great - very friendly. The room was very comfortable and plenty of room for us (king deluxe). Easy to uber or walk to Broadway and the Gulch area. Would definitely come back.

I paid for a double queen room and they gave me a king room which is cheaper and didn’t refund the difference

The parking deck. I appreciated that it was there and I had a definite place to park but it is to small for the size of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and the room was very nice.
