The staff was great. the location to universal studios was great. the only complaint i have the room had a very bad odor of mildew. everything in the room felt damp. the rate for parking is a bit high.

Vending machines were not filled. I could not get change in order to buy water. The desk could not provide change and told me to get change in the store. The store worker was not friendly or helpful. If you have vending machines, provide a way to get change to use them. The room was very basic. The pull-out bed was crapy and could barely be used. No linens were provided for the pull-out sofa so I had to go ask for some.

It is across from Universal. Not too much to walk across to Universal. I must say that the staff at the desk were always friendly and tried to be helpful. The room was quite large. We were happy to be close to Universal.

The night staff was hard to find. He appeared to have been awakened 20 minutes after my arrival @ the hotel’s front desk. The upholstery on the chairs & sofa in my suite must be replaced. They’re full of holes, rips, tears & stains. No attention to detail was used when cleaning my room. The shower drain in the master was clogged. Human & pet hair was throughout the space. No complimentary breakfast is available @ this IHG location.

In general there were some bugs in our dresser small tiny bugs that we found crawling on our clothes the mini fridge in the room smells like something died when we first arrived and the shower only came out halfway and the rest of the water poured out of the Fossett and the Fossett was also very drippy constantly.

Breakfast was good, restaurant on site, large compfy room & beds are great! It was a great price!

the room was a mess, the flooring looked terrible, the shower tile looked bad, the grip bar in the shower was falling apart, the sink flow was slow, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable, the couch itself was ripping, there were tiny ants on the counter, the windows were foggy and the fridge was wobbly. plus you have to pay to park

nothing else around the area unless you hired a car (which we didn’t) the beds are not suitable for two persons, they are extremely small doubles.. and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. even though it was new..

cleanliness lacked. getting towels was a nightmare. housekeeping gladly took the tip but didn’t replace any towels. my room wasn’t ready on the first night until 8 pm. I understand staffing issues but… wow

Very tired, worn, stained decor in living room area of suite. Not sure if all rooms like ours? Worn and patchy, peeling leatherette sofa badly needs reupholstering, badly stained lampshades, dirty windows with hand stains of previous guests. Very small pool. Otherwise room itself was clean.

Nice enough hotel but just in need of some attention as as the rooms are fantastic size and would have been fine except tired decor. Very Large corner suite which had separate bedroom. Huge room. Great space for family. Proximity to Universal superb, walking distance to citywalk but also provides shuttle bus. Very nice staff who were lovely.at all times. Comfortable beds.

The Suite needs to be improved. The room had doors to get privacy, but the lock did not work. It was very hard to communicate with the front desk by phone, you need it to go there personality and wait to get assistance. The bathroom was very outdated.

The pool area was beautiful, shutter to parks—Arcade in the lobby. The room was very spacious. The room has doors to get some privacy. The breakfast was extremely good, and the staff was very polite. I am very please with that part.

Room was musty smelling. Cracks in walls around door. No place to hang towels. No place to hang toilet paper(holder was blocked by the toilet itself). Heard many others complain of a musty oder while we were there too.

location was perfect, rate was reasonable. The shuttle worked out perfectly. Only two things I would like to see. 1 the staff answers at the front desk we tried to call for late check out and also to request a few pillows. 2nd would be breakfast included. The staff checking us in were very kind and helpful. The line was long but they got us taken care of quickly.

I had to buy my own trash bags and request towels. The housekeepers made the beds but didn’t replace towels or take out the trash. I had an issue with cleaning chemicals being left in the room where my little kids slept.

we were a party of 16 so I reserve 2-two bedroom suits and we only got one and two separate rooms because one was not clean and did not have someone to clean it also I reserved the rooms with breakfast including and when we requested the tickets for the free breakfast they only gave us two tickets per room because they said it only two per room , when I reserved I told them we were 16 so we can get breakfast for every one and not only for two persons
