Crowded, hotel must’ve been booked out. Pool, lobby, and other areas made us want to stay in our room due to over crowded feeling.

The facility was nice & clean and had a nice restaurant with friendly staff throughout.

That booking.com had my name wrong. They mixed up my first and last name so we had trouble finding my reservation even with my confirmation code. The staff at Holiday Inn were excellent in helping me with booking.com's error.

The room was overly warm.. no matter what wr did to the thermostat.. I feel this was do to surrounding rooms having there heat on high.

The property was very clean and inviting. The rooms were well appointed with all the necessary items. The front desk staff and house keeping were very friendly. The breakfast was a full breakfast not a continental one.. I would stay there again.

Our only complaint was that there were no curtains to pull and the room was very light all night and did not block out the many street lights around the property.

location was great with easy access and less traffic. We liked the access to shopping across the street and the quietness of the neighborhood. The restaurant was good too and property is relatively new and very well kept up.

We were in town for a softball tournament. I have been to several hotels over the years for softball and this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was outstanding, very accommodating. Every person I encountered was extremely helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very noisy. Children unsupervised constantly slamming doors and running around in the hallways. Unable to have any peace and quiet. Went on until two am and started again early the next morning so I would say, nothing.

What made me extremely angry & made us not want to use this hotel was the noise. There were people running up & down the hallways, doors constantly slamming on our floor & the room directly above us was so noisy we got NO sleep & I developed a migraine. We had to travel home that morning & it sounded like someone was jumping off the bed constantly, stomping across the floor, doors slamming & yelling all the way up to 5am in the morning. Front desk said they would ask them to stoop 2 times, but nothing changed. The noise continued from around 8pm (?) to after 5am. Check out time was 11am, however we just left as soon as we could get ready. The weather turned bad as we were driving North & my daughter & I was SO tired it made the drive home very stressful & difficult. We felt this was a good place to stay as we have family in the are, but I can’t say I trust staying there again because of the noise experience.

I like the hotel, the staff, the parking, & Wi-Fi. The room was comfortable & met our needs. My daughter & I was in town for a funeral & although the room size was smaller than expected it still met the need.

We reserved a KING and got 2 queens. Makes the room way too tight. On vacation, we came down for a late breakfast to find the restaurant was closing for the morning.

We found it clean and welcoming. Staff that checked us in was friendly.

Wrong room was reserved from confirmation. Booking .com showed inaccurate images for property. Breakfast wasnt free as shown on site. Whole reservation was full of problems.

I called days before and asked for an early check I even if it could be an hour bc we had a wedding. Called several times. Nobody cared. Was told shuttle may be available but then was told it only goes to airport not wildlife prairie park. Could not find any car service.
