You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI specifically asked for a quiet room, but they gave me one right on a busy street. And I had to pay for parking too, which I knew about, but I thought the parking lot would be secure.
Only stayed for one night. The rooms were large. The gym was clean and well-equipped for a quick workout.

It was the best hotel we stayed in in Southern California. Thank you! Also, I loved having the restaurant right there in the hotel, and made it so easy to have a nice breakfast before we left. The food was also delicious.

United KingdomRoom key cards failed numerous times despite all precautions. Breakfast was terrible. Waited over an hour to be served a cold cooked breakfast. Waitress was too busy on her mobile to serve the food when it was ready. Other customers complained but as we had a tight schedule we did not have time to send it back.

Netherlands- The hotel has plenty of parking spaces around the building but although the hotel is nowhere near the city center they ask US$ 10 per night for parking. - The hotel is very old-style and really can use a modernization. The room is old and wearn down. - There is no option for breakfast
