We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Unfortunately , the room( which was equipped for handicapped individuals as I requested ) had a very foul and strong odor of urine. I am sure it is between cracks in the bathroom fixtures. but really needs addressed. My brother in law is disabled..and we had a late arrival due to my flight being late ; so..I didnt complain at the time.because we were tired. He is in a wheelchair and mobility is difficult, and were only going to stay 1 night. I felt the rest of the room was clean ..but the odor was overwhelming from the bathroom. I FEEL the price I paid was pretty high.and would like some sort of compensation for this stay. It was room 319 .

There was black mold on the shower head and around the shower. We did not like having to go down the only elevator and walk through the lobby to reach the pool, then back through it again wet when finished. There should be a separate elevator for this, and please have bigger towels than hand towels. How is an adult supposed to wrap themselves in one after swimming when theyre the size of something you would use to dry dishes?!
When checking in, Christopher was great! Very friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and kind when he realized our daughter wasn't included in the booking. He made me feel like I had come home after a long day at work, and someone had taken care of everything for us.

Bathroom sink in the lobby was dirty (someone cut their hair in it?) for over a day. One of the elevators sounded like it was breaking as you rode it. Asked for late checkout and couldn’t get it without being a member (I actually am a member but happened to book under a third party in a pinch).
Staff was very responsive about loud neighbors. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Within walking distance to the venue our girls had their volleyball tournament.

Room was great bedding was comfortable however the bathroom smelled of mold and needed work close to the base odlf the wall in the entire bathroom. Room 319

Parking was a pain to find, they had no rear entrance. Too many “status/reserved” parking spaces close to the building. No free breakfast, didn’t know that only the “express” had free breakfast. Not sure how this one showed up in my search but that was disappointing. And it was $12, we didn’t eat there but opted to go to Chic Fil A next door, so I don’t know if it would have been worth it. My husband doesn’t eat breakfast so have two free kids meals with an adult was only helpful for one child, and my husband couldn’t pack the car while we ate.
Close to Legoland and restaurants. Seemed clean

I was disappointed to find that the bathroom, carpet, and elevators were quite dirty. The pool towels were also in poor condition, resembling floor rags.
I stayed at this hotel with my family of 4, and the room was spacious with 2 comfortable queen beds. The breakfast was exceptional.

No continental breakfast included in the already high price for 1 night. Had to buy a buffet that wasn't appealing, but everything else was great.
The staff was excellentespeciallythe wonderful and inviting lady that worked at night, the bed was comfortable and clean, the room was nice and in order.

Some of the USBs were broken. No microwave in the room. I needed to heat up a baby bottle and I had to go downstairs to the bar to use a microwave.
The room was very modern looking and clean. USB-A ports all over the room. Plenty of outlets all over the room. A ton of things around the hotel, including a Wal-mart across the street and an Outback in the same parking lot. A Keurig coffee machine in the room with a few options to make.

I had to change my handicap room (419) in the middle of the night (10:00 pm) due to the toilet was broken. Manager came up to the room to assess the problem. I had to move to another room. Also, had a flight at 8:00 am the next morning.

There was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby.
Location was convenient to restaurants and attractions. Room was comfortable, updated and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The tv wasn’t really working the remote wasn’t working the cord in the back kept coming off. There was trash all under the beds and it wasn’t cleaned sheets had stains on them. Other the. That shower was great and beds were okay.
