The breakfast, or lack their of was disappointing. The stairs to the second floor were very steep, dangerous if not paying attention.

We got the Family room, this was a bank for our buck. 3 beds plus a 4th if we pulled the couch out. Huge room! Very spacious!!

Unfriendly and un-accommodating staff. Wouldn’t provide an extra towel for my wife who asked for a towel when the employee came with gruff expression and composure to show us how to get the a/c unit going. Breakfast was lousy. I’d say check the dates or be careful to check your milk before you consume it.

We wanted to sit outside and enjoy the grassy area and the beautiful evening. The pool wasn't open, but we were able to pull some chairs over the fence and were sitting by the fence. The staff person was not happy about it. We weren't doing anything but sitting and enjoying. We explained that we would put them back, but she was not having it. So we put them back. A while later, we pulled the chairs from our room to RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Again, to enjoy the evening. She came out and made us put them back in the room. We are in our 40s. We aren't partying, just sitting outside visiting. I understand there may be policies, but there are also some judgments that can be made. Like realizing we aren't doing any damage and letting it go. DON'T SIT OUTSIDE, but everyone's dog can go poop all over and not pick it up... and that seemed to be fine. I've stayed at this place 4 times in the last year since my son started college. This will also be my last.

No mirror in the bathroom, 10 squares of toilet paper when i arrived, had to go to the office to get more. Fan on heater/ac was pretty loud. $1.50 extra charge for a safe that i did not need. Shower head did not swivel at all, and was leaking.

Rooms were not especially clean. The refrigerator had something spilled in it and not cleaned. The coffee maker has the previous user’s coffee grounds still in it. Things felt gritty and dusty when I touched them. “Continental Breakfast” = 3 muffins and some bananas.

Location was good - many restaurants in the area and easy to find.

Neither of the pools were in working order. Did not have breakfast as advertised. Had to stay on the second floor with folks with bad knees. Was too expensive for what was missing. Also, our room was not refreshed (no clean towels, coffee, or other products). We had to ask for clean towels. We understand that pools need repairs but please advertise that they are not usable. Also, don't advertise breakfast if you are not going to offer it anymore due to COVID.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean.

we got no info at check in about hours for the pool, any info on breakfast or any info in general. when we got into our room the sink was full of something so we had to drain and clean out

Breakfast was very disappointing. No shad in pool area. Rooms could have been much cleaner. Supplies could have been stocked in room as well as sheets for the hide a bed.

The hotel is reinventing itself (a remodel). The location is excellent and the staff is excellent. But I don't want you to think it's an reasonable clone of the nearby name brand hotels. My room was clean and bed very comfortable. Stairway carpets are frayed. The working ice machine is in another building. Pool looked nice. And a nice area for my dog to wander. Breakfast is basic continental. So just wanted you to expect good imperfection.

supplies were low and not offered in the room. parking lot was dim and not well lit. Area around hotel was run down and the layout is very confusing. When I arrived, I was told it was sold out even though I had a reservation. Someone canceled while I was standing there, otherwise I would have been sleeping in my car. :(

staff was nice and bed was comfortable. The front desk lady was great. She went above and beyond.

The shampoo/conditioner & lotion didn’t match. I have the feeling the staff works at ALL the other hotels and just steals from them and grabs whatever to use at this hotel. They really could have a great place, but they don’t…

The dog area is nicely kept.
