The bed was too firm. Could’ve used extra blankets. Our trash was only emptied and new towels put in our room once in our 3 night stay.

The balcony needs major floor repair and cleaning. The coating on the cement is coming off, the chairs and little tables needed cleaned before use and the sliding door was dirty and the slider was filthy. The cafe was super expensive.

Having the space to spread out, the view was beautiful, the water was hot, having a washer/dryer was convenient as well.

All vacation places need toilets that are a little higher in 1 bathroom for older people. Wish on site restaurant was opened till 5:00 pm.

The front desk worker was so nice and understanding. The pool area had plenty things for all ages. Easy access able to get to room.

Coul have used more toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex. TV in bedroom was oddly placed on a dresser on the side wall. Should be on the wall for more comfort. Also hardly any silverware.

I didn't like I had to change rooms because the toilet was not working and the lighting in the bedroom was on the fritz and the first Condo reeked of booze

the fact that our floors were filthy and my husband brought it to the room service lady and showed her the towels he cleaned the tile floor with how nasty it was. and the spread/comforter didn’t fit the bed at all. we did get clean towels each day.

Kids were largely unattended at the pool which resulted in someone pooping in the lazy river ~ it was ultimately drained & cleaned, but not before folks were swam in it. While attempting to clean up before checkout, the drain became clogged in the sink which resulted in the drain blowing apart under the sink in our condo ~ disgusting, foul smelling water started spewing out & we had no choice but to clean it up. Front desk staff did not seem super concerned nor did they make any immediate moves to assist. The smell of marijuana was strong when out on the balcony, thankfully it did not permeate into the condo itself. Washer/dryer was extremely loud & rattled everything in the kitchen area.

The location was great, parking garage was easy to get in & out of, laundry & kitchen available in-room, room was clean, but definitely dated, pools/hot tub/lazy river were convenient & the kids enjoyed them after long days at the beach.

Liked everything about except the checkin time , 4pm i get it but to not have room cleaned and ready for us till 630 . they also charge resort fees now of 48.00 a day for what i dont know .house keeping not allowed in rooms now so no cleaning had to get your own towels take your trash out , stayed here 10+ yrs just didnt see the over 150 night more than before when u got less service , i understand u cant help staffing but if u want to charge more for a room @ least provide what u did before .. But overall happy , and they are reasonibly priced compared to most .

Found a pair of woman’s underwear that the cleaners missed by the foot of the bed, weak shower pressure in one bathroom, aggressive water pressure in the other bathroom, one of the bedrooms had a fan that we could not get to work, other lamp fixtures didn’t work, and one outlet was out in one bedroom. I felt the price was a tad more than what I would have expected, but it is peak season.

Great location, easy and accessible parking, friendly staff, washer/dryer worked, pools were nice, updated televisions in the rooms, and an unexpected view of the ocean. Overall, this condo accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children. We felt it was a good size and we did not have much to complain about.
