It was old and unkept looking. In desperate need of remodeling. The door to the balcony kept getting stuck. And the pull out couch was filthy.

The sofa was horrible, totally uncleaned ,so dirty. the bathroom had roaches.. The balcony doors were unable to be locked

This is our third year staying at this location and the first 2 were great, but this time around our kitchen was not equipped with any cooking supplies (spoons, plates, cups, cooking utensils, etc.) AND we were not given any trash cans.

The location is GREAT! Rooms are clean and upkept.

I did not like the sofa in our room the sofa was disgusting. It definitely needs to be replaced. It was so stained and nasty how could anyone sit on it. You had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. It wouldn't be much to replace a few items in their rooms because it's a really nice and friendly place doing a little upgrades would be beneficial.

I enjoyed it because it is on the beach. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Amd over all the place was clean.

Couches need to be replaced, and they could also be cleaned better. But for the view price and location, you can't beat it. We brought our own cleaning supplies, blankets, and pillows. It is a very highly toured destination, so we came prepared.

Great for the price! It's really roomy, and the view is priceless! Conveniently located, too.

Well the first room we loved but the TV didn't work and they couldn't fix it cause of a box they knew nothing about. So we got moved to another room. One tv worked. The other didn't cause the plugs didn't work plus other plugs we found out didn't work. When we got in new room and took our shoes off walked across the room our feet were black which is nasty. Need better cleaning on rooms.

The location good. Wasn't told there was breakfast so don't know. I'm upset if there was breakfast since not told. The staff was great. When I went to get soap, body wash and towels I got and a pillow cause we were shorted one. Very nice staff.

The floors was dirty. The kitchen area wasn’t cleaned to good. I had to clean the stove top, counter area. The couch bed was very uncomfortable. And no one ever come to clean the room during our 6 day 5 night stay.

Loved the view of the ocean. Having elevators and ice machine was a plus. The location is great! Staff was nice.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a phone in the room, no extra lighting. No light on the balcony. Our door would come open in the middle of the night due to a faulty latch. I didn't like the fact that you have to dispose of your own trash. There is zero housekeeping during your stay & our key card had to be reactivated several times throughout the week because it wouldn't work at random times.

I loved the beach access off the back of the hotel. The balcony with the ocean view. The pool was freezing, but was open all night. Staff was as helpful as they could be.

This hotel could be a 10 if they fixed it up a bit. The room was spacious, but not the cleanest. I brought bleach and stuff with me based on reviews. There was no broom to sweep up sand, we supplied our own garbage bags.

The view was fantastic. Had a full size fridge, and stove to cook.

Definitely an old property and needs major updates. The elevator is slow, there’s damage to walls, German cockroaches. Name changed from motel to hotel but def still a motel. Don’t let the pics fool you.

The room had two tvs and we only had a remote for one. There were only two towels, two bath cloths, and one roll of toilet paper. No bath mat and no ventilation in the bathroom so water just pools in the floor unless you use one of your two towels to clean it up. The floor throughout the entire room and bathroom were so dirty my feet turned black. They gave us what was basically a hospital blanket and I was freezing the whole night. The lighting was so bad I had to open the door to put on makeup. The front desk people took forever and charged me an extra $20 fee they didn't explain. My parents also stayed in a different room and they didn't get any complementary soap or coffee or anything. They didn't even get a hand towel for the sink. I had a great time on my trip but not because the room was great. I'm giving it a 6 out of 10 because at least there were no bugs and it was affordable.

It was not very clean. Bits of the popcorn ceiling kept falling and landing on everything. Bugs.... Couch was filthy. Bought a sheet to cover so we could sit on it. Staff was super nice. Just not clean. Needs to be updated.
