The smell, the location and the crap they consider breakfast is insulting.

What breakfast? If you consider old bananas and granola bars breakfast, then ok. It was absolutely horrible and after seeing the setup and offerings, I quickly passed on it.

A lot of the things in the room We’re broken the oven was turned on for Im not sure how long because the valve would say it was off but it was not and when someone came in to fix it it wasn’t even maintenance it was security and they didn’t even fix it he ended up unplugging the fridge not the oven eventually we figured out to turn the knob past the Off setting, also I booked a 2 bedroom with a sofa bed and the employed when checking in we’re trying to move me to a room with only to bed even tho I booked the sofa bed for a purpose and when we finally got the sofa bed room we opened it and it was dirty it looked like it hasn’t been opened in a long time and the sheets looked dirty I should’ve taken some pictures but I completely was over it after going down to the office about a million times it was a super long wait and a walk from the rooms to the office were a good 6 min walk .

Motel was a complete scam. Had to pay 100.00 for parking, 100.00 deposit. The manager told me that he didn’t have my reservation in the system. Which I had already paid for a month ago. Then I had to make another reservation and they all of a sudden found my original reservation. They tried to say I didn’t pay up front. So I had to call the police because the front desk manager would not look at my reservation or account. Just kept calling me a liar. The police looked at everything and told them that they had to honor my reservation. Still had to pay 500.00 more and they would not refund my first reservation because the manager didn’t believe me or the police. The pools were not with the motel. Heroine addicts passed out on the patio. Would put towels out every day and every day have to ask for towels because they would not put any back. Worst place I have ever seen in my life. Only good for meth heads, addicts, and homeless people looking to sleep. Had an escort service operating in the room beside us. This place should charge by the hour at a rate of 2.00 per hour. Would not recommend this place to the taliban!

The room smells like cheap aftershave. A lot of it. No cups glasses flatware paper towels. No one speske English when I asked for them. The room has Roku tv. Nothing live. Guys buying drugs upstairs. Unacceptable. Horrendous. No one answers at the front desk new out of office message. 🤮😭

No on-site check-in and they made no help nor accommodation with check-in with a disability and I even called to explain the situation and they told me I had to find a way to walk for a check-in site blocks away from the hotel with no parking anywhere in the area at all (other than a garage with people loitering everywhere and high cost). They falsely claim at booking there is on-site parking. I get in and no one will help me even though I am in extreme pain from walking. They want to charge you $18 to park... sneaky... but the problem is that it is several blocks away or more at another business for that cost? They didn't give me a room and I had to leave because of the pain of standing trying to deal with them. I have a feeling they didn't actually have a room for me at booking since there was no parking for blocks. Several people ahead of me were coming in saying their keys... not cards... didn't open their room which meant they had to be given other rooms, probably mine. However, they still charged me for the room after I left not getting anything but trouble!!!! They are a scam!!!

mold in the AC and horrible smell. when I came to the front desk and said about that they said “ok, we will fix it” and nobody came. 3 days of stay. I’ve been there about 15 times but this was my last time. Stay away.

We were never told about the breakfast that was included, the staff over the phone were extremely rude. House keeping never came to clean or replace dirty towels or sheets. Even with us hardly being at the motel without the do not disturb sign being up. There were charges that we didn’t expect to be charged for. We will never be staying with any of your motels/hotels again. 1/10

The check in process is always long. I stay at your hotels a lot. Every time there is a long wait to check in. You need to figure out a way to stream line the process. Especially for your returning guest. Many times people are angry at the wait and the staff is stressed out. There has to be way to simplify the processes or gather the information online.

My bathroom barely worked and then when they fixed it they didn’t fix it right and then I walk in and immediately I smell cigarettes ashes and the ac would turn on and off in the middle of the night the only thing that was ok was my tv because out of my 7 trips booking this was the 2nd one that actually work and then I’m pretty sure in the middle of the night something crawled on my hand I was just unsatisfied I thought I’d be getting better necessities for the 300 I spent

The place needs some serious upgrades. The fixtures are old and outdated and need to be spruced up. The AC system is a wall cutout unit and you can hear noise from the North Ocean Street that was waking me up.

The location is close to the beach. The mini kitchen has a range top to cook. The refrigerator is bigger than a mini refrigerator and better. The bed was acceptable but not super comfortable.
