My rating is based on the fact that I woke up all night to the smell of cigarette smoke. I was in a king-size nonsmoking room. The people next door must have been smoking all night. I know that is not directly the hotel's fault but until they stop smoking in these facilities altogether it will continue to be an issue.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding didn't smell, which is a problem I usually find in hotels in general. The rooms were nicely sized and clean.

The location was beautiful! The food was great and there was a live band at the bar inside the casino! It was stormy weather and usually that spoils a trip but not this time. All of the fun we needed to make the trip a success was there at the hotel!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and had a good time. Buffet was fantastic and the Grill food was good. The band was fantastic, and casino was clean and as expected.

The television was in a fixed position on the wall of our room and did not swivel for better viewing.

Room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. It was quiet in our room and we had a great view of the pool and lazy river. The buffet was excellent (as was our server) and Bogarts' food was very good. The resort did a wonderful job with complementary New Year's eve entertainment, hats, noisemakers, and a midnight champagne toast! They even had a free photo station taking New Year's Eve photos.

Convenience, not to far from my original destination and had the flexibility to enjoy the ambience and atmosphere.

It was dirty, no room service, had to ask for the trash cans to be emptied, had to ask for new towels, and the ice maker did not work on our floor

The bathroom was outdated when compared with similar hotels. The sheets on the bed were clean but worn. There were holes in the sheets.

That swim up bar only open on weekends ☹️ —-that cabanas are so costly even sun-thurs☹️—-that pool/lazy river are closing when it’s still very hot outside ☹️

Buffett workers/waitresses!! Casino wait staff!!! Discounts on buffet prices/penn cash!!! Almost everything!!😁

Front staff was inexperienced and curt. Asked to check in early, and first staff person said not for 45 mn. So as we were waiting, another person checked in. So we went to the desk and asked if checkin had begun. Second staff very curtly said yes for 20.00 extra. Seeing as we had traveled from Florida that day, we said okay rather than stand I. The smoked filled lobby and wait. We get to the floor…ALL rooms are cleaned except the last two that maids are finishing up. Really…the front staff could see on their computer that numerous rooms were available. Not like there were 100 people waiting to check in early. When we left, I asked to speak to a guest host regarding the extra fee. Curtly told one is not available. And printers were down so we could not get a receipt. Please retrain the front staff to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It will do wonders for your business. Oh..hm! It’s a casino so I guess one does not need to be friendly. Geeeees!
