We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americawe were supposed to have a king suite, it was a sweet, but the bed was not a king and the floors were absolutely filthy. water leaked out of the shower onto the floor and it looked like we were waiting through muddy water. there were no towels or wash rags and when we asked for some, the desk only gave us two.

United States of AmericaTowel fixtures were falling apart from dry wall. Shower glass door not sealed. There were no bath mats, hand towels or face cloths available. Beds were lump and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. The walls were filthy and looked ransacked. There were no night stand lights and turning off lights meant getting out of bed across the room to turn light switch off or on. Lastly, my original booking for king size bed was not honored and I was offered two beds instead. I was told the place was overbooked when I made my paid reservations on February 6, 2024 where booking had confirmed my room.
Not much. location was the only benefit at the time.

United States of AmericaNEVER BOOK HERE. Digesting place. The room I was given had a huge Crack, the sheets had burn marks and the room smelled of smoke and was extremely hot. When I spoke with the office, the women who answered was extremely disrespectful and luckily the booking.com associate heard her sarcasm and her unprofessionalism. And added that to my complaint. They wouldn't refund my room even though I encountered this experience.

The property was very nasty looking and old. When we arrived we had to call a number to get someone to come to front t desk to help us. The room was very old and there was no window shade just curtains that did not actually fit the entire window. We had to ask for towels everyday and ask that our room be cleaned 2 times before it was actually cleaned. The only thing the motel had going for it was good hot water, however on Saturday and Sunday they must have cut off the hot water off so we had to take cold showers. There was no need to complain because we felt like it was intentionally turned off. I know they will probably write that we did not stay there, but that would be a lie. I have 1 piece of advice for anyone booking there DON’T, anytime it states non-refundable, Run!

They resold my original room to someone else and wouldn’t give me a refund just offered late check out
