The property felt so homey. I actually live up the street from the property but I just wanted a new scenery and I literally felt I was home. Everything was updated.

For the apartment, only negative point was that, to our view, the bathroom has been designed too small. Now regarding the building management (The Tides), I have to say that paying 30$ for a token giving you access to all the gates ( front gate, pool, beach..) is not normal. Not to mention that if you want to equip each member of your family with a token it will cost 30$ per person and of course this is non refundable at the end of the stay. Second, the building management imposes that you wear a blue plastic bracelet during all your stay. So you are “badged” on arrival. This we did not like knowing that I had a professional meeting during the week and more going out at night wearing this bracelet with the Tides on it is not pleasant. Third, I had to work a little bit during my stay and needed to access the business room to make some printing. The building management told me they the printer was out for some time already and that if I want to print I have to go to Walmart….I went there, but they only print your photo shoots so eventually …I bought a printer and brought it back to the apartment.

Was a bit noisysometimes despite being on the 16th floor. Window could only be opened inthe living room. Beds were very narrow for 2 people.

Great view, nice pool, right on a large sandy beach, very cool aircondition, strong wifi, well equiped kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out. Large car parking (against payment). Lots of towels. Large and modern refrigerator. Lots of cupboards and space to pack. Very large appartment.

The young lady in checking in was rude. However I didn't entertain her negatively and her coworker noticed her attitude without me saying anything and assisted me. Shout out to the coworker acknowledging she has impeccable customer service.

I am 6-2. The furniture is sharp. The furniture is modern. The furniture is new. The modern furniture was like living on an offshore racing sail boat for a week. The only comfortable chairs were on the pool deck for a person my size. It really needs some nice big comfortable patio chairs for long stays. I still gave this place a 10 even with the small chairs.

balcony door hard to open, water pressure is low

Shower head had a lot of scaling on it and water flow was pretty low. Balcony door was very hard to move - it required both hands to move as there's a lot of rust in the bottom. Facitilty fees have also increased - a weekly car parking is $75 now and it now costs $30 per two people to get keys. The pool is pretty small and there's definitely not enough sun beds for the number of people so you need to reserve them early if you need them.

Location's great and the apartment is nicely done and very clean. There's nice side view onto the beach and the ocean from the balcony and it was nice to stay there (even though there was quite some noise from ventilators on the roof). Kitchen's well equipped. 7/11 and Walmart are in walking distance and other shops are close too if you drive there.

The futon was not comfortable but the 2 beds were really good.

Beachfront location was incredible. Rooms were spotless and modern and really well laid out. exactly as pictured which I appreciate. Gorgeous views.

We payed 100$ For the parking 11 days, 30$ for magnit. Beach services need to pay, but everything are in the apartment (umbrella and other staff).

the condo building itself is out of dated and had the very thin wall so we heard the people talked, laughed at 3 am. the ants attacked from the day one to the last day- my whole loaf of cranberry & walnut had to throw away to the trash.. the office of the tides had to change their attitude- no greetings at all .. so mean.. the each floor has two of the washers and the dryers and sometimes, we had to come back and forth until the one is available.. it wasn’t fun after the long day at the beach We thought we are in the college dormitory again because of the condo has so many DON’T DO THIS and THAT policy.. frustrated
