Wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner. No butter at breakfast and breakfast help not helpful. They were late opening for breakfast too.

The condition of the hotel has become quite tattered and "beat up" - ragged stained carpets, walls marred, bedding was totally wrinkled like they stuff too much into the washers/dryers (hmmm... Is it really clean that way?). My room was assigned to someone else who tried to get in (luckily I had the safety lock on!) I noticed the TV had shut off and the screen went to "Welcome Brian" so I was halfway expecting the intrusion. I told him I had already been assigned the room. Next came a knock at the door from the desk person wanting me to open the door. Yup! He recognized me so off they went. Next, the TV keep shutting down and resetting. Pretty soon it said "Welcome -my name -" . And a little later it shut down again! All I wanted was to watch a movie and relax after a very long day of driving, and none of this created calm for me. Finally I turned everything off and went to bed. After all of this I complained the next morning and all I received was an "apology". I should have gotten some kind of a discount for such interruptions!

The first room we were located on the 4th floor and under the rooftop HVAC unit. We could hear it turning on and off all night long which kept us awake. We requested a room change and were accommodated in a very timely manner.

Check in was fast, easy. The location, the size of the room, the kitchenette in the room was nice to have. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast each morning was the same but plenty of it for everyone. Breakfast attendant kept it clean and stocked and made us feel so welcome.

Couldn’t adjust AC in room and no maintenance person on site at 3 pm on a weekday; lobby and workout areas were HOT; breakfast was average; no room cleaning service AND they ran out of clean towels. Had lobby TV on very inappropriate Paramount program.

Staff was nice, with one exception— who was also nice but she seemed “out of it” … very strange. The room was good.

The service for breakfast was not good at all with the exception of Natalie. This lady went above and beyond our needs. She made sure that whatever we asked for was done as she made us happy and she was very approachable. Excellent employee. The kitchen staff was the opposite of her but it won’t deter us from staying at your hotels.

I didn’t like how narrow the shower was or the sliding bathroom door. It kept getting stuck and was hard to close.

I liked that the shower had a shower gel and shampoo dispenser and the room was pretty spacious. The beds were also comfy and we had access to Showtime and Netflix.
