Surprised several planes taking off in early morning hours like 1am-4am. The sink slow draining, the shower head could use a hand wand, the bath soap hard to rinse off, coffee could be stronger. Parking should be part of room cost.

Loved our room. Spacious, very well designed, shades for dark to sleep, sofa living area, comfy bed, kitchen has all we need though not used this time, breakfast decent, nice gym we didn’t use this time, apples at reception for night snacking, everything we need, attention to details, will book here again (if price right) especially for airport stays. Did not use it this time but learned there’s a 24-hour add import shuttle for $10 per room which is #1 attraction for travelers like us with Kate incoming and early outgoing flights!! Definitely will book here for future trips out of Oakland and may start using Oakland Airport more if price comparable cause hate going to SFO!!

Had to walk to sister property for drinks or bar food. No other places to eat nearby and other property short staffed so service unavailable at posted opening time.

The location was a little farther from our activites than we would have liked. We didn't eat at the hotel, so we can't speak to breakfast.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet.

the added costs that i did not know about. it was more than what booking,com said I would be charged

staff friendly. only thing is now they charge 16 dollars a night to park your car there. as of Jan 1st 2023. plus 50 dollars added on to your nightly stay for incidentals they say. which they say will be refunded on my credit card if room ok. so I will have to keep looking at my credit card to make sure I get refunded 100 dollars as I stayed two nights. so booking.com should let customers know this

You need to pay for the parking.

This room has full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, desk, huge table, sofa etc. Very clean and modern hotel.

Grills were filthy. Fire pit did not work. Neighbors were very loud and called front desk yet problem wasn’t resolved and could not sleep well. Water view was so disappointing. I paid extra for a view of the other hotel.

There were whiskers on the sink hair in the shower, The coffee Maker didn't work and had someone else's water in it, a burn hole in one of the sheets, albiet small and the Wi-Fi never worked and we were told to contact IT although it wasn't really an IT problem since it didn't work on my Android and my daughter's iphone. The television kept going black in the middle of watching it due to Hilton ads. Also we couldn't get back to our show without turning the app off and restarting it, this happened multiple times. The room had to be recleaned But only after we had stayed in it the first night since we didn't get back to the room until late. Although the advertisement says that if the room isnt up to par that the stay is on us, we were instead comped our parking, so false advertising? After the recleaning, a hair on the shower wall, short and black, still remained. My daughter and i neither have black or short hair.

Everything looked appealing and clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent unlike the skimpy breakfast at other facilities ive seen.

Wifi and Waterview.

Room was clean, decent size. Got a Waterview room, um wouldn't necessarily pay extra for it as the view is viewing a building rooftop then some water. Nothing to promote or ask for in the near future. Wifi is probably one of the worst wifi I have ever had. Couldn't call out or receive calls over 75% of the stay. I've stayed here before and never had this happen before but definitely an inconvenience. Location is secluded and airy. Overall 3 out 5 for sure.

We booked a room with a lake view, and we were assigned a room with a parking lot view. We called booking.com and the on site staff and we were ignored. We are not coming back. I’m planning to warn other about dishonesty in advertisement.

I didn’t like that fact that I booked a room with an ocean view and got a view of the parking lot of another hotel next to us, I asked to be put in a room with an ocean view (which I paid for) and they were not able to. Would not stay here again.

We didn’t get what we booked, only thing I liked was that it was clean.
