The staff was helpful, but busy at peak times. The juices seemed a little watered down at breakfast. My digital Hilton key stopped working right at the end of our stay, before I had checked out.

The hotel and rooms felt new, very spacious and comfortable, and nicely appointed with touches like plenty of USB charging ports. The bathrooms were bright, roomy, and clean. The breakfast was very good—the food was pretty standard but with a couple of plus features. I liked that there were 3 waffle makers available, so we didn't have to wait long. Also the toppings bar was a nice touch. Plenty of seating and an upgraded dining room. Also free coffee/tea/hot chocolate was really nice, even when we arrived at midnight.

I really like the layout of the room and all of the amenities of home 2 suites. The curtain that separates the sleeping area from the sitting and kitchen area should be a standard everywhere! The free breakfast has something for everyone.

Problem with reservation on booking.com. The reservation did not transfer to the hotel site and we were fortunate that they had rooms. HOWEVER, we doubled pay. Now I have to figure out how to get a reimbursement for either the hotel or booking.

When checking out. The young guy came out of the office. I said we are checking out he nodded took our room keys walked back into office. Never made eye contact or said anything . Minor thing but he could use some coaching on customer service

Since I have to eat a gluten free diet the eggs, yogurt, and fruit were all that I could have. I will say that the premade "omlette" was not good. It did not taste like eggs. The green motion sensor light in the room was a slight problem. Any time one of us moved in the bed the bright green light came on.

The breakfast offered a lot of options. The room was really clean. The front desk person gave us the option of what floor we wanted and proximity to the elevator which was thoughtful. The 24 hour free coffee and hot chocolate is also a big bonus.

My husband and I stayed one Saturday night on our way to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We had a king suite. Excellent stay! Well-appointed kitchen with all you need to cook (we did not cook). Huge space, comfortable king bed, quiet end of the hall room. Non-smoking hotel smelled clean and looked new. Excellent free breakfast in the morning, typical offerings like waffle maker, cereal, bagels, etc. Coffee was a 10! Very well organized. We saw many families with kids using the pool, people were using the gym. Staff were super friendly.

Our room was above the firepit outside. It was rather loud at various times throughout the night/early morning with people hanging out and talking loudly.

The hotel is super clean, staff made our stay feel like home. Breakfast was fresh and constantly being refilled as needed. On Christmas Eve the staff had snacks and drinks for everyone. Santa and Mrs Claus arrived and there were activities for the kids. We loved it.

There was a weird smell in the hallway on the second floor. We thought someone was smoking or vaping, but it never got any better. Overall not a big deal though.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. I have back issues and the mattress was great and didn't cause me pain.
