We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived in the hotel’s drive up area, the scent of marijuana was present. We were apprehensive since we’re not familiar with the area and wanted to ensure our safety, as well as our property. Even though the property was in an overall clean condition, our dog friendly room had a somewhat sour smell, dingy carpet, & some aged, ripped light shades. There was also some mold in the grout lines of the tile below the shower entry.
Overall the property is clean, the staff are nice, and the location is good with plenty of stores and restaurants.
