Working in lobby in morning the phone would ring for li g periods of time with no answer. A little annoying.

It was nice. Staff were friendly and room was definitely clean and maintained. Everything was easy and hassle free. Didn't have to walk a mile to my room and breakfast was decent!

We were the unfortunate victims of some noisy drunks below us in the firepit area. They must have stayed on our floor, because they awoke us exiting the elevator at 2 am.

The breakfast was a bit lean in quantity and quality. The food was tasty, but there wasn't much from which to choose. Seating in the breakfast area was minimal. We arrived there at 730,and was 80% full.

The roominess of the room, full supply of dishes in the kitchenette, breakfast bar and the manager! Her intelligence, grace and personable communication regarding a billing error exuded confidence to this customer.

I booked through a 3rd party, and when I checked in and got to my room, it wasn't the one I booked. I spoke to the clerk about it, and he said it must have been a booking error because the room I wanted was more expensive. I kindly asked him to check into it further because I had a confirmed reservation. After discussing it with someone on the phone, he reluctantly "upgraded" me, but told me to be sure to talk to the manager in the morning so they didn't change the price on my final bill. The manager in the morning was great. She said he was new, and there was no problem with my reservation. I never received any additional charges on my room. So this was a hiccup, but I was ultimately pleased with the outcome.

The facilities were clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable. The room size was perfect, and the separate room from the kids was a bonus! The morning breakfast, wi-fi, swimming pool, and gym were great perks included in the room charge.

I love the pool. I really enjoy the breakfast, it was extremely delicious. The bedroom is a nice decent size for a party of two. I appreciate the curtains beside the bed and am super thankful for the window curtains as well. It made the room nice and dark. Thank god there was a microwave and fridge usually they don't come with any. Lighting was good as well. Overall, me and my significant other enjoy the stay and would always recommend this hotel. It's also located in nice area and made us feel extremely safe and secure. Thank you Hilton Home 2!

The sliding barn door for the bathroom. It made privacy a little hard to achieve I also got my finger in it. The back entrance of the hotel which was closest to our room was bit scary at night. and hard to see.

Breakfast was good. room was a bit smaller than pictures made it look. no cook top in the room, but could get one from the front desk. Bed was not a queen.

There was an issue with the kitchen. I checked the drawers and found that there appeared to be silverware missing. I advised the front desk. I also told them that the garbage disposal needed to be cleaned because it smelled.

I liked the room. It was comfortable. The bed was better than I thought it would be.
