Breakfast was mediocre at best. They have a waffle machine but there was something wrong with the batter. The waffles tasted really sour and had a really chewy consistency.

Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband slept ok but I did not sleep at all. The bed was just too hard. We have stayed at other properties with not a single issue but I hope we never have to stay at this particular one again!! It took 2 days of our vacation to recover from that sleepless night!!

2 things. Please add two more waffle machines. And don’t remove the coffee tea hot water stand right after breakfast time ends. Coffee and tea area serves 24 hours at all other Home2 hotels we stayed along the East coast. Thanks.

Coffee could be better quality, everything else was great.

Keep the Wi-Fi free. Add a scanner / multi use printer to the business center I like when the employees were engaging and helpful. It really makes the difference especially when there are other options in the area. The Katelyn at the restaraunt was superb and engaging, and Rochelle the night desk employee was perfect and accommodating.

I have a few minor things about the accommodations that I did not like. First, while I appreciate that the hotel cuts down on single-use plastics by providing larger containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the shower wall, I can imagine that it must be quite difficult for the hotel staff to determine when a bottle is empty. For us, our room had absolutely no shampoo in the dispenser. Thankfully, we packed our own. Also, the beds are firm for our liking. So, while I will definitely stay here again when I am traveling with my children, it beds unfortunately make it a no-go for me for solo trips back home as I know of a nearby hotel that offers softer mattresses.

I love the location of this hotel. The hotel is right off of the interstate, but also tucked back enough to not feel unsafe or noisy. I traveled with family, including two children under 10. We loved the ample space that the room offered. Additionally, we loved having a little kitchenette complete with a dishwasher. What was provided made it very easy for my family to bring home leftovers from restaurants we visited and heat it up in the microwave in the room. We also loved the full fridge and freezer provided. My children absolutely loved the heated in-door pool and I appreciated the entertainment that it provided them. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant and bar. While we did not eat at the restaurant, I did go down one evening to the bar and was able to order a glass of wine to take to my room (in a real wine glass). This made my evening feel a little more close to my home environment. My children loved the space in the room and all of the shelf and drawer space made organizing our things a lot easier. My children also enjoyed the breakfast and the options were great compared to other hotels in the area. My little one chose cereal, fruit and yogurt while my older one chose a waffle with fruit. Both were able to drink white milk offered in the fridge. They also offered a substantial variety of pre-made breakfast sandwiches as well as already made oatmeal and toppings. Of the hotels I have stayed at in Brunswick (and this one would be my fourth), this location has the best breakfast options.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, breakfast bar not kept up or clean AND all of the Egg options ALSO included cheese ( I'm as allergic) ! We usually stay at Embassy -the room was actually better here, but the breakfast, not so much!
