The breakfast wasn't really good. They had breakfast sandwiches that were ok. The oatmeal was stiff one day and the next day watery. There wasn't a choice of bacon or potatoes on any day. Also our shower was not clean, Reggie offered to switch our room however we had already unloaded our groceries into the fridge and kitchenette and didn’t feel like packing everything back up so we stayed and I cleaned the shower.

Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.

Each morning breakfast was lacking and ran out of most items including the coffee. Had to grab breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Every employee I encountered had a smile and was so nice! I loved the complimentary treats and Frisbees for the dogs. Room was very clean, spacious, great toiletries, comfortable bed.

When we checked in, the front desk said our reservation did NOT include a walk in shower. I made this reservation 3 months in advance to make sure that we had a walk in shower with a handicapped room, as I did with 2 other reservations, which were BOTH correct. I am sure this was reserved correctly!! Supposedly, we were given a larger room to make up for the problem, including a walk in shower. When we got to the room, we found out it was NOT handicapped. We managed anyway as we were tired and wanted to get in our room.

We liked the large room that was given to us to make up for the screw-up at the front desk.

The location is top notch for restaurants, extracurricular activities like movies, shopping, bowling, and spa. I was able to workout, then go play.

The nearest grocery store was around one kilometer away from the hotel but it was kind of hard to get there since esplanades were narrow and close to driveways and cars splashed water to pedestrians when it was raining.

Gym with free weights, possibility to wash clothes, fairly versatile breakfast, very handy shop that even had painkillers and contact lens solution, fresh coffee free of charge and friendly personnel.

The front desk staff seemed slightly unapproachable at first. Overall they were super nice and helpful though.

The breakfast was great and there was a lot of options that were all tasty. The room was clean and had a decent amount of space. The gym and pool had great hours so we could enjoy them at any time we wanted within reason.

My only major complaint is the design of the building. Instead of the elevator being in the middle of the structure as on every other building I've ever seen, this long building has its elevator all the way at one end, so it's a heck of a hike, about a city block it seems, to the rooms at the far end of the building as mine was. (The desk clerk warned me, but I wanted the higher floor.) I see no reason for this perverse and inconvenient layout. Also, you're on your own for taking out trash, but they don't tell you that. Staff is thin, room not cleaned during my one week stay.

Free breakfast was ample and good quality, various foods, delicious. Toward the end it gets a bit dried out but it's served 6-10 am I think, 7-11 weekends so don't wait till the last minute like I did the first day. The room was spotless and thoughtfully appointed, even a dishwasher, with intricate window coverings to allow light while providing privacy. Free washers and dryers are available 24 hours in the gym.

I did not like that there was not one pen or piece of paper in the room. I also did not like that Booking.com did not transfer my special needs. I have low vision and needed a room near the elevator. I requested that but Booking.com did not tell Home2 Suites. I had a room all the way down the hall AWAY from the elevator.

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of choices. I was looking for oatmeal and it was sausage gravy but that was okay because I had a delicious waffle with chocolate chips and pecans in it instead.

Check-in staff was not well-trained. Checked us in with someone else's name. Took a long time to check-in. We complained about a running toilet bowl, but he did nothing. Neither did he notify us about what actions were being planned to address the issue. We guessed he was probably one of these "pandemic workers" that some hotels employ on the fly because they can't find qualified people to do the job.

Breakfast was good, and amenities were very good. Very good for a family visit, with kitchen materials. The check-out staff was very nice, compassionate and more professional than the check-in staff.
