We couldn't check in until after 430 pm coz our rooms weren't ready. According to front desk it wasn't ready because of a basketball team leaving or checking out late.

I liked how clean and convenient it was to the event we were attending. Also the water and refreshments at front desk available upon arrival was a plus. Staff is really nice. Especially housekeeping.

the parking lot was under construction, so we had to park a bit far at night. the building is situated by 2+ other similar looking hotels, so it can be a little confusing to find. the newness/ cookie cutter buildings feels like the area lacks character/ charm, very suburban

really lovely spot to stay to go on a run/ walk on the adjacent trail! the breakfast in the morning was so good! check-in/ out times were generous. clean, comfortable room with spacious appliances. i was surprised at the full size refrigerator

Well, how about a shuttle to the airport? We spent a lot on taxes. Perhaps, we should have rented a car. An additional $80 was required of me when we checked in. I was told the money would be refunded. I haven't seen the refund yet. Please let me know when I can expect it. - Thanks.

The breakfast was good. I wanted a choice of eggs and bacon, but there were choices available. I especially appreciated the fruit, which I took for a snack later.

The frigging alarm clocks in the room. I need to have a visual clock face available to me at all times. Between zoom meetings, gathering folks for split second timing, or wondering during the night what time it is, I think it's super important, and the phone clock needs to be manipulated. Your alarm clocks are so dim, that you literally cannot see what time it is. And, they cannot be adjusted, nor do you have a backup for those business travelers like me who need this simple amenity! Your staff searched high and low for a replacement, to no avail, and, after I had assured maintenance that I was connected to power and there was absolutely NO time appearing, he came in and we shut off the light and you coulde barely, barely, barely see the digits. Ludicrous. Replace the clocks and I think you're perfect.

I have stayed several times, and, more importantly, brought another 15-20 guest room reservations while we visit schools across the street and in Madera. I love the property. Staff is great. Overnight staff is wonderful and accommodating this early, early bird.

Someone staying above us was jumping up & down starting at about 4 am Saturday morning & went on for about 2-1/2 hrs.

Breakfast was okay, eggs overcooked/hard, muffins cold. Oatmeal with all the fixings was good.

This is the perfect choice for a family with small children. The rooms are large. The kitchen facility is well equipped. The hotel is clean and quiet, and at the same time very near one of Clovis's best shopping centers -- with a large target store, good family restaurants and a movie theater.
