To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The Fairfield hotel had no problem adjusting my bill upon arrival, but the HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON said they could not make any adjustment due to me booking thru you. Is there any way you can adjust it on your end? This situation also applies to my booking at HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON MADISON HUNTSVILLE AIRPORT. Also, since I do all of my bookings thru you, can you tell me how to request the discount for future bookings? I am enrolled in ID ME if you need any info regarding this request. Thank you for your consideration regarding this request.

United States of AmericaWhen making my reservation, I specifically asked for the quitest room available, but I was placed on the first floor in the room closest to the side door, which kept opening and slamming shut many, many, many, several times both during the nights and early mornings. Didn’t they have a noisier room available to put me in, or was that it? I couldn’t find the Hulu app on the TV. I wanted to watch a specific movie on Hulu. There wasn’t one of those small safes for guests to use in my room even though I asked for one when making the reservation.
I liked having real dishes and silverware in my kitchen. The lotion attached to the wall in the bathroom and the shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower were very nice products - unexpectedly better than usual. The one time that I ate breakfast was good, especially the waffles. I gave tips to the breakfast cooking staff and I left a tip in my room for the room cleaning staff. The beds and bedding were very clean, soft and comfortable. I rate the beds and pillows alone a 10+.

The staff and the hotel were amazing! We were very impressed with the breakfast as well as the gorgeous room! We wished we had planned a longer trip so we could use the kitchen in the room- that was so cool. Wonderful stay!

A full breakfast bar was available in the morning along with a 24/7 coffee/tea / Hot chocolate station in the common area for guests . United States of AmericaI was disappointed in the breakfast. I was looking forward to a hot breakfast (eggs and bacon). They had mostly cereal, breads, and some pre-made breakfast sandwiches that weren't very good. Good selection of beverages.
The room was great - very comfortable and clean with nice amenities including a kitchenette and a couch. There was a good selection of TV stations and lots of drawers and closet space. There were only 2 of us, but we could've comfortably had 4.
