We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel needs updating a lot! The light on the microwave do not work.Hard to see to cook. The bedding was weird. It had a bed skit as a sheet! The lady that checked us in asked if we ever stayed there before and I said yes, she said, never mind I don’t have to tell you about the breakfast or any other things at the hotel. It been a while since we stayed. Don’t think we will be staying there again. It wasn’t like it used to be.

United States of AmericaI did not appreciate how the Friday night overnight front desk treated customers. She was rude and back talked customers. The price was 100 dollars more than other Hilton hotels and front desk said Saturday that our checkout was at 1030 and would charge every 30 minutes thereafter. We negotiated a new checkout but we already packed up the room. Breakfast was cereal and microwave able food but did have a waffle maker.

United States of AmericaWhen I called to confirm and make sure our rooms were close together, as I was meeting my Daughter and her family for Christmas. I was told that she would give us a corner room for more privacy and tolerance for the noise with the little ones. I got charged a meeting room fee and we were asked to quienten down twice. It was 11 am.
Food was good, no meat of any kind. Could add scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage.

The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to town centre and attractions. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe king room had standard size pillows so we had to get extra pillows. The bed had what looked like queen sized sheets on it and they kept pulling off. The “blanket” I think was a mattress topper under the bedspread. On top of that although they said they were pet friendly, they slapped us with a $65 pet fee when we arrived. Nowhere on the booking site was this mentioned. Night staff was rude about it when I pushed back and continued to be rude in exchanges the next day
Lobby is clean although upholstery on furniture in the breakfast area is torn and worn to shreds. Needs an upgrade. Breakfast was nice
