Room wasn’t clean, there was a substance all over the side of the bed, had them come clean it and then when it was time for bed, we found hair that was not ours in the bed along with other debris, I had to be up at 4:30 am and people were partying in parking lot all night. Had to wait hours for hot water the first night to shower. I did the survey for Hilton and they didn’t bother to reach out or offer me anything. I am a full time traveler and rarely give poor reviews.

I like the cleanliness and the good smell of the room. Like the location, alot of restaurant nearby, and it's near the USCIS office where we had an interview and Oath Ceremony.

I have been trying to get a receipt emailed to me for the parking I added on day 2 of my stay. After multiple emails back and forward I still do not have the correct receipt, in fact I have now been ignored for over a week on my last email.

I booked this for my parents and when they went to the property they were unable to change the payment method and they had trouble checking in even with the reservation number.

My parents prefer this hotel chain over all others. They like the cleanliness and accommodations that are made for those with disabilities. Breakfast is good.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The facility was very clean and I really enjoyed using "real"dishes as opposed to plastic. The free breakfast was better than most.

A double edged sword, great location and easy to get onto the highway for a quick connection to the airport (30 mins) however, this did mean road noise (not a lot, but enough to disturb a light sleeper)

clean, tidy and spacious room. Front desk staff were really engaged and helpful. I was a little sceptical as the photos looked computer generated but it was all above board. The breakfast was also a treat, coffee, juices, yoghurt, a waffle machine and a few baked goods too.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the morning staff didn't greet you or see if you needed anything unless you specifically got their attention. Then it felt like you were bothering them.

On the first night my husband got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and got locked in. I had to pass a butter knife through the door so he could get out and no one was here to help except the lady at the front desk and she couldn't leave the desk thankfully he got out with a butter knife but I think that the housekeeper could have clearly seen that the latch was broken and could have told maintenance before we arrived and a metal light fixture was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen that shouldn't have been and could have fallen and hit somebody in the head. There was also only 1 elevator for 1/2 our stay and the other half there was none...

Only 1 of 2 elevators was working, and that one was as slow as any elevator every created. When the hotel was full, the wait for an elevator was ridiculous. I stayed for 2 weeks. The first week, my room was cleaned the day after I arrived, but that was it. The second week, I asked if my room could be cleaned, and it was -- once. The sheets weren't changed during my entire stay.

Nice, well-maintained facility. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonably quiet. Several restaurants within walking distance. Good front desk staff.

The carpet in our room was very stained! This is very sad as the property did not seem to be that old. Also there was one working elevator in the entire hotel for the 5 days we stayed there.The other elevator was never repaired during that time.The breakfast. We would go down about 45 minutes before breakfast was to end every day and they was very, very little left. I understand in these times everyone is short staffed.

I asked two different mornings for housekeeping to come and bring new towels and body wash/conditioner and both times no one came. The first time I had to go downstairs at night to ask for clean towels and the body wash/conditioner and the man at the front was kind of rude and told me here’s towels, but you’ll have to wait for body wash/conditioner tomorrow.

I do not know the man’s name, but he was a black man with longer hair and was there in the mornings; he was very friendly and helpful.
