You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice and clean. The mini kitchen was nice- refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable.

One thing I did not like was how thin the walls were and how easily we could hear people in the hall or next door. I also did not like that the bathroom door would not lock because the lock was installed incorrectly.
I liked how clean the rooms were. The breakfast was delicious and had many food options. The staff was very welcoming and nice! I liked that they consistently checked in through text messages to ensure we had everything we needed.

I have literally nothing bad to report!
We arrived after a long drive from ny, the hotel is off the main road very easy to get to. Check in was super easy and the check in lady was very sweet to my over tired children. The room smelled so fresh and clean and was better than expected! It fit our triplets and twins perfectly. Everyone had a wonderful breakfast in the lobby with fresh waffles and a nice selection of other breakfast items. Anytime we head down this way this will be a stop of ours!

Everything about our stay was amazing! we arrived around 11p.m and the guy at the front desk was still great and very welcoming. Rooms were very clean, pool was nice, I loved that the doors were locked and you could only enter with your key card. I love that the soap and shampoo were in bottles on the walls. It was nice and quiet and employees made sure we had everything we needed. A super cute feature was my name being on the tv when i walked in the room

The hotel was beautiful it’s in a good location Walmart and other places is right up the road… The hotel was very clean , the staff was nice and friendly. My kids enjoyed the inside pool.. But most of all the deposit is very reasonable unlike most hotels these days… I’ll definitely be going back!!!!

Our room was very clean, but the glasses and dishes weren't clean. We had to wash everything that we needed before we used them. Everything else in the room was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows could be updated, but other than that, everything was great.

The construction going on outside but that was inevitable.
It was very clean, the rooms do not have carpet, everything was very clean! The gym was a nice size and had decent equipment.

If read this I’m the review already before booking and it’s true: the walls are very thin.
Clean rooms, indoor swimming pool, bbq pits, property was clean and well maintained as well, and plenty of stores nearby. Hot and cold breakfast variety daily.

It had a bad smell in the lobby area when we walked in. The room itself needs a better heat/ac system- it was loud and if you have asthma or allergies-the air in the room seemed stuffy and not circulated well.

Walls are to thin, you can hear people around you. The toilet float did not work, I had to leave the toilet tank lid off and work it manually….not good

I think the breakfast could have been hotter. The eggs and sausage were on the cold side.
Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. It was very clean, had a great pool area, offered toiletries and breakfast. We will be staying again.

Everything met expectations. Was very satisfied with everything.
The location was good, breakfast had a nice variety, everything fresh. Front desk service was good, everyone was pleasant and welcoming. If traveling near one of your facilities would stay again.
