You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

One elevator and when we arrived after longs flights the system was down and people just standing around in lobby but the workers were so nice and accommodating. Wasn’t their fault

I am a Hilton Honors member; however, I use booking.com to book all of my vacations. Because of this whenever I stay in Hilton properties (which are most of my choices) I am made to feel second rate as I do not "qualify" for the free water bottles or snacks or whatever welcome items given at check-in! Actually, to the point of being rudely told in front of other "special" guests that those are not for me!
Free, speedy Airport transportation, and available cruise transportation, were easily scheduled. beds were comfortable, hotel was clean and updated.

We was expecting to see a lots of restaurants near the hotel, but nothing. Also the shuttle bus service to the airport, starts at 6:00 am, that means, if you need to be in the airport by 4:00am, not shuttle or breakfast for you. Will be nice if they give you a bag with snacks.

One elevator wasn’t working, took a little extra time to get up floors. The shuttle was not timely picking us up from the theatre, we ended up calling an Uber after waiting an hour. The shuttle left 30 mins late for the airport in the morning as well.
Pool area was nice and convenient. It was close to a movie theatre, shopping area, and many restaurants. We were able to store our luggage after arriving back early from a cruise, the shuttle took us to the movie theater, and our room was ready early. Breakfast was nice.

That only one of the two elevators were working at the time of my stay.
The room is huge and spacious. The bathroom is also roomy and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area is huge.

Bathroom cleaning and the sheets.
Breakfast, It's Ok but I miss the Dely and cheese for my toast, maybe changes options for day. Clean... I think the supervision for the clean, especially in the bathroom and bathroom refresh are deficient.

Rooms need updating, seems dirty at first but items are stained from over use. Example glue harden on counter appears like oil stain but clearly won’t wipe off.

The hotel was completely understaffed which left the workers totally helpless and very unknowledgeable. Upon arrival, we called repeatedly for the provided shuttle from the airport, and got no answer from the hotel, service line, and no help from h2 1800 line either. We had to get a taxi to the hotel when promised a shuttle. We arrived early around 1pm fully aware that our room might not be ready and that was ok, the front desk clerk was kind and held our luggage for us until our room would be ready, somewhere around 3pm. We ran errands, did shopping, even mani Pedi, return to hotel at 5:30pm, and can you guess? That's right, room still not ready. I contribute to the lack of staffing and the front desk being over utilized. The gentleman clerk even left the front desk and helped bring our bags to our room. Very nice gesture but should not have been forced to happen. I thank him sincerely. Our stay was pleasant and brief and with a little more organization and training for staff, it would have been a good stay.
The room was very large and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and roomy.

The carpet floor in the room was dirty as hell. I wore socks and they became dirty. I think that you need to wash and dry it.
