You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI never understand how when you clearly book a room with 6 guests, a.k.a family, the bathroom always has just 4 towels and you have to go back downstairs to the reception desk to get 2 more. Same for all other amenities like soap, toilet paper, coffee etc.
Great Location, conveniently close to the beach and all amenities. Breakfast was very plentiful. We loved all of the healthy ready-to-go options like the Breakfast sandwiches.

The parking was free but since it was available to any visitor to Jekyll we had trouble finding parking on Saturday.

The hotel is located in a prime location near the Jekyll Market, McGarvey's Pub, and within walking distance of the beach. Bonus: parking is free!

United States of AmericaNo view of the beach. I think I misread the description of the hotel. It's only a few blocks away.
I've stayed at this chain many times. Staff was wonderful. I rented a bicycles from the front desk, to explore. It was less than $20 for about 4hrs. Free breakfast is always nice and helps with the budget. Free coffee ALL DAY! The room and its amenities were perfect for my solo vacation. I brought some groceries so the full size refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher was a bonus.

United States of AmericaI don’t like the incidentals added to my bill when the email states the total is supposed to include fees and taxes. My total was supposed to be 1179.00 and they took out 1283.00 and said the incidentals would be added back after our stay. I don’t like that.
