Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We checked in Christmas eve so we didn't expect to have room service on Christmas Day. They also later told us there would be no room service December 26th due to short staff. But then we didn't get any room service on the 27th either. Their listed policy is room service every other day if you don't specify otherwise. However, during our 4 day stay, we didn't get any room service at all. Not really a big deal though since there were extra towels and generally prefer not to have room service every day anyway. There was a lot of dog hair piling up by the end though.
Our room was very nice, new, spacious and clean. There was a small kitchenette (but no stove). We needed a place that allowed pets since we had our pooch, and this one fit the bill perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Other than having to changer rooms e via it to to a faulty shower door, there was nothing we didid like about the property. Everything was great!

Sadly, we were leaving very early and we were not able to get any breakfast to go. It would have been nice if the hotel makes a 'to go packages' for the guests that leave very early in the morning, usually that would include a sandwich, some fruits and snack bar from our experience, not more than that - but in any case it was a lovely stay. :)
Very nice minimal room, very comfortable bed, located in a great distance from Grand Canyon (where we headed towards after our sleepover here). Nice friendly service, quiet air-conditioning - we really got amazing sleep. Kitchen was a positive surprise with a BIG fridge - we were doing a road trip with a lot of food and vegetables too, so it was perfect.

Breakfast was a bit cramped and the location was quite isolated. However, if you were just passing through it would be excellent. If you wanted to visit Kingman itselfz you would need to drive or take an Uber/taxi
Rooms were a nice size and the kitchen was very good. Clean and very efficient AC

Upon arrival we found someone subway sandwiches still left in the refrigerator. We didn’t change the room because we arrived late and tired but the thought of room that not thoroughly clean was bothering us.
I like the room size and all the amenities in the room. Big bed, sofa bed, room divider curtain, fridge, utensils and plates. Breakfast choices and quality. Front desk staff at check out very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff we encountered were not overly accommodating or friendly. Felt like a bit of a burden whenever we asked a question or approached the desk.
The complimentary breakfast is great value. There is a good laundromat on site which we used. The room was comfortable and the location was good.

It was near a road that was noisy. The pool was closed during our stay, which was unfortunate as it looked very inviting!
Hotel quite new and amenities were good. Room was large and well equipped with kitchen facilities. Decor was lovely and bed was comfortable. In a location for visits to Skywalk and Hoover Dam.

I was in room 129. People coming in & out of exit door all hours of night & early morning. Very loud! Woke me up every time.
