We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaI had arranged this booking through booking.com, and for some reason my credit card payment did not go through so when I got to the place, my booking had been canceled. Much to my delight, Melissa’s daughter found me another room right away, so that it was not a difficult issue. They were so kind, and considerate. The next morning, I saw, Melissa, the manager, and she was extremely kind and professional. I loved this location and the room was impeccable. Very good food nearby, which was recommended by the front desk.

United States of AmericaI believe Hilton is a huge corporation and possibly could give back to the customer by setting a buy 3 get one overnight stay free policy, for the customers to have an A+ experience and Hilton to get an A+ review.
The rooms were spacious, the customer service was amazing, Melissa and Mandi were so respectful and helpful, and the FREE breakfast was exceptional. We will be looking for these suites in other states we travel to.

Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! Night staff when I check in on my birthday were so nice and they were super helpful at putting me in a room close to the exit and elevator for my pet. Macey the front desk young lady was amazing. Perry the night front desk person who relieved Macey was also great. I will be staying here again when I go on the bourbon trail this summer. Thank you for taking care of my pup, myself and my daughter for our brief stop before traveling the rest of the way to Tennesse.

We liked the suite very much. Our only down comment is that as road travelers needing to start out on our next leg, breakfast was not available on Sunday morning until seven AM. We had to leave with only two spotted bananas found on the otherwise empty counter.
