Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Having connecting rooms was crucial since my 102 year old father was in second room. I have never had a hotel be so accommodating before. Thank you for a great stay.

They are conveniently located off I75. Personnel were friendly. Nice rooms. Especially like that bathroom was private and had a shower instead of tub. Restaurants nearby.

The bed. You would think a great place like Hilton would have a comfortable bed. Too firm, felt springs far from restful/comfortable sleep
The room was clean, great having kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Like hide a bed/sofa as well. Room was quiet

Complementary caffe / tea/ water in lobby.
Breakfast was ok, no caffe/ water in lobby for a Hilton. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants.

I had arranged this booking through booking.com, and for some reason my credit card payment did not go through so when I got to the place, my booking had been canceled. Much to my delight, Melissa’s daughter found me another room right away, so that it was not a difficult issue. They were so kind, and considerate. The next morning, I saw, Melissa, the manager, and she was extremely kind and professional. I loved this location and the room was impeccable. Very good food nearby, which was recommended by the front desk.

I believe Hilton is a huge corporation and possibly could give back to the customer by setting a buy 3 get one overnight stay free policy, for the customers to have an A+ experience and Hilton to get an A+ review.
The rooms were spacious, the customer service was amazing, Melissa and Mandi were so respectful and helpful, and the FREE breakfast was exceptional. We will be looking for these suites in other states we travel to.

I feel the morning girls were not as friendly as Macey and Perry but they were ok
Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! Night staff when I check in on my birthday were so nice and they were super helpful at putting me in a room close to the exit and elevator for my pet. Macey the front desk young lady was amazing. Perry the night front desk person who relieved Macey was also great. I will be staying here again when I go on the bourbon trail this summer. Thank you for taking care of my pup, myself and my daughter for our brief stop before traveling the rest of the way to Tennesse.

Noisy noisy people above my room was. Loud.. jumping and running in there room.. plus the bathtub wouldn't drain while taking a shower..

Breakfast was moderate. The items were not replenished.
As a hotel for travelling workers this meets their needs. I am a Marriot Titanium Elite and have stayed at Residence Inn type hotels.

No breakfast before seven AM.
We liked the suite very much. Our only down comment is that as road travelers needing to start out on our next leg, breakfast was not available on Sunday morning until seven AM. We had to leave with only two spotted bananas found on the otherwise empty counter.

Could not be helped, but the neighbors to our room smoked marijuana at 3:30 in the morning and stunk up our room. I couldn't stand it and couldn't go back to sleep. That's out of your control though.
Breakfast was great! Could of had gravy with the biscuits, but that's a preference.

This was the second time sraying at a Home2 hotel. As always nice place. The pullout bed it makes it easier for each child to have their own space. These hotels will be my go-to hotel when traveling.
