The inspection certificates displayed in the elevators, were both outdated. After the cleaning of the rooms, it was observed that there is a trail of trash (collected from the rooms?) left strewn in the corridors.

Breakfast was basic & fresh. Dining Room was part of the Reception area, and was very neat. The gym had all the required equipment, a swimming pool, and laundry facilities.

Water temperature in shower dangerously hot and took two days to fix. All lights not plugged in and reading ones need better bulb. Maid service often left things unreplaced.

This may seem silly to some people, but the extra lock on the door was missing, so I felt a little uneasy sleeping. Also, the big lamp in the room didn't work, so the lighting was a little dim. When booking it said free parking however when you arrive you have to pay for parking. The on-site lot is very small, and the overflow lot is across the street.

Great basic hotel! There was a parking lot available, but street parking in front of the hotel was also free, really handy! The neighboorhood is great, right at the start of NuLu, loved it!

Breakfast was minimal. One of the female staff in the kitchen was extremely loud and telling off another employee. Could be heard throughout the entire lobby. Parking was also $20 a night.

housekeeping. They were knocking at the door around 9:30 in the morning check out was not until 12 stop disturbing peoples sleep.

 The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot breakfast could’ve been better.

The breakfast options very not really up to snuff. And like all Louisville hotels, the parking situation is either hit & miss or very expensive.

More work oriented staff. Spent all 4 mornings in the lobby for breakfast. Heard lots of complaining from the help about “how busy it was”. There were not enough plates or bowls for the food. The housekeeper didn’t know English (or pretended not to understand) more towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper. I asked for more toilet paper and was given a hand towel. I called down to the desk (2nd shift) for a blanket for the pull out couch, called a 2nd time; even went down to the desk- was told he had to get it from the housekeeping closet…I stayed up until 11pm and we didn’t get a blanket until the next night (after I called again). I called the front desk (1st shift) for a “bathroom refresh” as stated on the bathroom mirror sticker- he told me that “it probably wouldn’t be done today and if you see a a housekeeper ask her for the towels/washcloths”. Staff seemed more involved in socializing or on the own personal cell phones.

I liked that there was free breakfast and coffee and indoor pool. The rooms had a small kitchenette.

Tweakers on the streets but that was not the hotels fault or responsibility, so honestly no complaints on the hotel itself!

Beautiful hotel! Clean! Friendly Staff! Card Key required for entry into building!! Breakfast Bar was Amazing too! And actually good coffee!! 💙 Easy to find and close to hospital which is why we came to town!

If I pay a good amount to stay in a hotel room, I don't expect to have to pay for parking. I was very disappointed having to pay $16 to park somewhere I already paid to stay at. I was told I could park on the street, but there weren't any available. I've never had to pay for parking in all the hotels I've stayed with.

The breakfast was very good and above other places I've stayed. The room was clean and the pool was also very nice. There was plenty of pillows in the room too!

One of the staff took smoke breaks just outside the breakfast area, so every time they came back in a cloud of cigarette smoke followed them in. I suggest asking staff to smoke out back in the parking lot or at least 20 feet from the building.

the parking is terrible which I had to pay to park there and if you didn’t come in early you had to park on the streets also I noticed men walking to a bar next door was stopping and looking in the glass at the young women that was in the pool

we didn’t use the pool but it was small. breakfast was basically pre wrapped breakfast sandwiches with was a little disappointing…

room was very spacious and pretty clean. easy to get to off I-65 and some fun things in the area. kitchenette is always an added bonus! we were not there long (basically to sleep) but I would stay again

the only issue was a weird stain on our bedspread that really shouldn’t be there. look like yea or something. should have been replaced. but the rest of the place was really great! missed breakfast both days. wish they had it open until checkout.

spacious, clean and comfortable. location was great. really loved the room. also there was parking on the street that felt fine so we didn’t have to pay the minimal parking fee the first night.
