Our toilet was broken, food expired, dirty dishes in the room. Management didn't nothing to fix the issues

When I asked if the pool was going to be open the representative on the phone said yes it's available. After checking in and getting settled we wanted to swim but it said out of order. The next morning for breakfast they didn't have breakfast for us.

Malik was very welcoming upon check-in. Josh was friendly and informative! Lobby is well kept, breakfast is delicious and the gym was clean and quiet.

I was charged twice from the hotel and the staff keep putting me on hold to give me some kind of explanation why my card was charged 669.28 then 242 when I left this wrong and I will like to have my money back

We booked a room Fri-Mon. my husband had a work emergency and we weren’t able to come down until Saturday. I called and explained. We arrived Saturday and I was told I had been charged a “no show” fee and my reservation had been canceled. So I was charged for all 3 nights PLUS an additional $160. The area is so unsafe (I’m from New York and saying that) but whatever. we tried to go swimming but the pool was so cold my daughter’s lips turned blue. We gave up and went to dinner and came back and went to sleep. This was an extended stay and we are traveling with our 14 month old. There was not one accommodation in the room to wash bottles. No soap, wash rag, nothing. We went to “breakfast” where there was a hoarde of people and no food. I mean everything was empty. I got my daughter a yogurt and a biscuit and there were no serving utensils! Just grab everything with your hands. Went back to the room and I noticed the duvet cover was dirty, it was on a bottom corner on the side I didn’t sleep on so I hadn’t noticed the night before. Took that off, the comforter was dirty, took that off, the sheet was dirty! So on my way out to the store to buy soap I asked the front desk for clean bedding and fresh towels. I came back from the store and my husband said they handed him a set of sheets but nothing else. Didn’t make the bed or anything, just handed him sheets. I made the bed and then tried to find the comforter. I was informed by the hotel that they didn’t have any clean comforters. At this point I needed to get my daughter down for her nap. I asked again for towels and they said no towels either. So we made the decision to leave and go somewhere else.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. nothing good about this place.

I planned my trip for a 3 bdr. Apartment drove 6 hrs to only find out that there was no one there to get my apartment from I called booking.com 3 different times you all told me "give me a half hour I will call you back" each time I waited for over 30 minutes and called back then the next person told me to wait a half hour and they would help me .....needless to say my family was put in a hotel with two beds.....not the vacation I had planned for it was more expensive and I couldn't cook or prepare food for my family so that was more expensive honestly eating out instead of in was way more expensive.

The manager was nonexistent our entire stay. Our first night there a gunshot entered our room at 230 from the next room over. It was reported and we were moved to another room by the sales manager and the young lady at the front desk. The manager never showed during our entire stay, no apology for what happened or concern for our safety. I also contacted Hilton corporate after our stay and they act as if it's no big deal that someone shot a gun through the wall. In addition to that miserable experience there is not enough on site parking, we parked on the street the entire stay.

Bad neighborhood, not great parking, room was dirty when we checked in, and staff were distracted by their phones instead of giving guests their full and undivided attention and service. I definitely would not stay here again.

The staff, Kristin at the front desk and Pam in charge of breakfast always had a smile to start our day. The location was super convenient to downtown sites.

Only thing I could add here is maybe parking as it has a small lot on site and another larger lot across the street. But, it really was not an issue at all getting back to the hotel between 11pm to midnight and finding a parking spot in the lot across the street. The car was safe and the walk is very short to the lobby. The location was great and I would happily book here again.

The room and hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff was very accommodating as well with our requests and questions.
